[Resolved] Croma Store — Bad service and misguiding customers | |||||
I went to saket croma store near PVR cinema (E-150) on Feb 14 2016 to buy a bluetooth speaker. That model of speaker was not available but available in warehouse. I was advised by the people in the store to buy the speaker online and redeem by gift card online only . I was indeed guided how to redeem online. I did as they guided me. Online transaction was successful. When I called customer care to ask about delivery details they told that my transaction was cancelled. But I got no intimation that it was cancelled. They reason they are saying is that gift card had problems with online. If they are having problems why are they keeping the option. The customer care is also highly not responding. They say gift card can be redeemed only in store. When I go to store they guide me to transact online. Was this information helpful? | |||||
