We have purchased ac on december 23rd 2016 but the ac is working for 10 minutes after that it truns into fan mode we have given complainte 6 to 10 times but the problem has not been solved sr[protected] and sup170517fs00167 date on 17th may has a service man comes he doesnt find what is the fault he says it is voltage probelm but we had electrical chekcup everything is fine thier is no problem in voltage please do the repair or give me a new ac this must be done with in two or three days has i have sufered a lot from your side even after paying 38000.00 rupees it is very unresponsibility from your side please see the problem is solved we have purchased ac from croma at anna salai chennai Was this information helpful? | |
