Croma — The 32-inch LED issue was not resolved even after the complaint was logged 36 days ago.

Hi I logged the complaint on 11th June 2023.
When I call to the customer service initially, they said that the issue will be resolved after 24-48 hours. But no luck and sent an email got reply that the issue is resolved in 10-15 days. But now almost 36 days completed. No issue resolved.

All mentioned case was cancelled without resolve the issue and without intimation.

Today Again I checked the customer care they said that all cases were closed without any update and created new one.

I am not sure why this is happening.?
Without resolving issue why, the case was closed?

I sent an email to below but no luck.

Today we got a call from the local service centre that approved to replace the TV 3 weeks ago.

Still the TV is not yet delivered to us.

Please escalate this to resolve on high priority.
