[Resolved] Croma — transaction done but not received order number | sr[protected] | |||||
Hi, I had placed an order from croma.com on 26th feb 2018 16:15 Ist (Approx.), an specified amount has got deducted from my bank Account however neither i have received any order number nor invoice Number. When i am trying to place order again, i am receiving an error while Doing transaction, error attached. Request you to refund the amount i paid else complete the order. And order which i had placed is still showing in my shopping cart. I have been following since two days and the executives are just Saying might be there is some technical issue "order will proceed in a Hour or two".
