My name is navjot and few months back i bought sony led… from croma and highly disappointed with croma select city walk saket new delhi..and i wont be able to trust this brand anymore. I felt cheated they gave me defective piece twice even after replacement … the service is poor.. iam actually facing harassment from the day one i bought this led from croma…i have spent my hard earned money. Is this the way croma handle their customers ?
I mean i have been mailing the grievance office again and again because the store was not listening and they have Unprofessional behavior and i thought to mail my concern to the senior but its still not going anywhere, what reply i get from the senior officer that i have personally escalate this issue to the relevant team on priority basis but no proper response ..every time i get the same reply from grievance officer even after mailing the grievance officer again and again. I just got one call from sony and they said that we cannot replace your tv we can only repair it, i would i go for repair ? Its a brand new tv and it has a manufacturing defect i have spent almost 1 lakh rupees and they are saying we can only repair.
This is how they deal with their customers, If they were responsible the problem should have solved till now but i guess croma is not ready to take the responsibility for the defective tv they sold to me.
Extremely disappointed.
