Greetings of the day. This is to please be noted i purchased Smartphone Vivo Y33s via invoice number SLA[protected] dated 14.01.2022 at 1.48 PM from Croma situated at Plot No.C, Aditya City Centre, GH-3, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001.
At the time of purchase, the salesman is in such a hurry that we cannot check the device properly. From the inception device is not working properly and blue light is coming continuously on the left side of the screen. After 6 days when the problem did not resolve, I visited the service centre of Vivo placed at laxmi Nagar Delhi on dated 20.01.2022.
After inspection the customer staff of the branch said that this is a dismantle device given by the store and needs to be checked/replaced where you purchased the phone or the device is dismantled by you. He asks me to pay the amount of 4000.00/- Rs in front without investigating the thing.
This type of problem earlier also occurred when I purchased Mi Band 4 watch from this store in the year 2020. Earlier the problem was wisely handled by the head Sh. Gursukhmeet and new band given to me instead of faulty band.
This type of fraud by Croma certainly defaming the name of VIVO.
Requested to kindly issue necessary directions to concern to change the device picked from home by giving an alternate device and also compensate accordingly for mental agony.
Further it is pertinent to mention here that kindly check all the devices in the store with proper guidelines so that the store named Croma situated at Plot No.C, Aditya City Centre, GH-3, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001 not able to cheat people further.
