[Resolved] Croma — Water purifier not working. | |||||
I purchased Pure Ii Copper+Mineral+RO+UV+MF from Croma Jamnagar vide invoice no.SLA[protected] on dated 23.02.2020. 01 year it worked satisfactory. But after 01 year when I changed GKK1 in Feb'21, and then after it started some problems developing and stopped working. I also purchased On-site Go warranty service from Croma. So, I called for repair and they attended the same on dated 08.04.2021. but now after a week time same problem developed and Purifier is not working as on date today 17.04.2021. I paid more than ₹ 20000/- for this purifier looking the brand value of Pure it and special trusting Croma. I'm fully disappointed by the product sold by Croma.
