[Resolved] Croma — Worst customer service | |||||
I purchased a Symphony air cooler a month back from Croma. It stopped working for almost 2 week. Every time I call customer service, they say they will book a technician, however for 2 weeks no on has ever called or visit for the technical visit. Most of the times when you call customer service they say their systems are down, esp after hours.. most agents are not bothered to answer your questions...even supervisor are not capable of doing their job. I went to their website to complaint and it will say its sending the OTP to proceed further but nothing happens so very convenient that no customer can complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
