THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM
CROMA TILL NOW, WORST CUCTOMER CARE RESPONSE, NO UPDATES FROM THEM.
EVERY TIME WHEN I APPROACH THEIR CC, THEY FIRST PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 2-4 MIN. THEN THEY ASK TO WAIT FOR MORE 24 HOURS... THAT NEVER COMES SINCE 19.02.2015.
I AM ALSO FOLLOWING THEM ON THEIR MAIL ADDRESS [protected]@
croma.com, THERE ALSO THE PROVIDE ME HO HELP.
