[Resolved]  Croma — Wrong charges levied and miscommunication to customers

This is with reference to an Bose electronic device purchased from Croma Store, Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj on 28.10.2023. During purchase, it was repeatedly ensured by the Bose Representative selling the device that only nominal processing fee will be levied of Rs. 99 or 199 plus taxes. But when I received the first statement, in that processing fee charged for Rs. 640 and now the representative is saying that it is written on bill that 1% of transaction amount will be applicable. This was not at all communicated while purchasing the device and no one will see with micro scopic lens the t&c written.
Further, in my second statement received, an interest amount of Rs 743 has also been levied, which was never communicated and nothing has been refunded as any cashback.
Absolutely cheating and fake strategy to just sell products.
