[Resolved] Croma — wrong part for new led installation halted | |
I have purchaesd a new led on 31-may-2020 through amazon which was delivered on 4-jun-2020. On 7-jun-2020 the engineer from croma service centre, new delhi came to our place and told us that the wall mount bracket is wrong. He suggested us to approach amazon and get the part replaced.in return we got a response from amazon that we can purchase the part which will be reimburse to us based on the invoice bill. It has been an entire week, i am really struggling with service centre to get the part arranged. 1. Once the lady said we do not have the part but ordered 2. Then service engineer mr. Manoj said that we will not give you any bill 3. Then again the lady said we have the part in our stock but my sir is saying we will give new ordered part and not from our stock Everytime there is some or the other excuse. I so tired of following up and they never bother to call back or update the status. Led is just lying there worst than a show piece. There is no response either from amazon or from croma. Croma has become "corona". A real big pain in my head. They are not even responding on mails, twitter, call centre. Please suggest Was this information helpful? | |
