[Resolved] Croma — Wrong sale | |||
Dear sir, We M/s Greece Saphire is your corporate customer and have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from your RDC Store via invoice no SAA[protected] dated 10/11/2020. In the above sale, salesman told us that there is no need of stabilizer in this product however at the time of installation company engineer said to take stabilizer but when we complaint then croma manager again denied to purchase that. Now refrigerator is damaged and when we complaint then company engineer again saying to purchase that so we complaint that this product is wrongly sold to us.
