I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received for my ozone 55 cooler which I purchased from Army CSD chandimandir panchkula (Haryana) on 23 may 2025. Unfortunately, the product/service experience has been subpar, and I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:
- Issues:-poor customer support, delayed service, defective product.

Description:-
I purchased this cooler as mentioned date and during installation at home we found the water is coming out from the backside of the cooler (Back side honeycomb pad). And I have rase the complaint regarding this and the very next day one service engineer came and said that they will fix this issue by changing some broken device inside the cooler in next four days. I have waited for 4 days but no one came and not received any calls regarding this. And again when I called to customer care I found that they closed my call by saying that issue is fixed. I called again and registered complaint but till now no one came for any service and they are calling and saying engineer will come tomorrow morning at 9am. But till now no one visited and they are not even answering calls sometimes. I have wasted my money and time. Now I don't want this product from crompton and now I will never recommend anyone to buy something from crompton. And I will also share my experience with CSD customers, I have not even found this product usable for single day. Was this information helpful? |
