I, Varsha, am filing this complaint against the poor and irresponsible service provided by the company’s customer support team.
On 5th July 2025, I raised a service request for cooler servicing (Complaint ID: CFR[protected]). I was provided with a phone number ([protected]) for technician coordination. Upon calling, I was informed that they do not handle service requests in my area.
Since then, I have called customer care multiple times, but each time I was only given a different phone number, none of which were helpful. Either the calls were not answered, or I was told again that services are not available in my location.
This clearly shows a lack of internal coordination, false commitments, and negligence toward resolving a genuine service request. My time and energy have been wasted, and no resolution has been provided to date.
I seek the following from the forum:
Immediate resolution of the issue, i.e., assign a valid technician who services my area
An apology and explanation for the repeated harassment
Action against the company's support system for poor grievance redressal
Such practices mislead customers and violate consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request the forum to kindly take strict action and ensure appropriate resolution.
