I Himanshu S Bhagat having purchased 2 Silent Pro Fans from Knew Electric Trading Co. Mumbai-400002. vide Invoice No. GSA/21-22/005543 Dt :[protected]. would like to state that both the fans are not working for the past 10 days. I have lodged a complaint on the Company Whatsapp no. 3 times till now against which I have been alloted SR No.[protected]/01,[protected]/02, [protected]/03 and authorised service partner Yuvraj Services but the complaint remains unsolved till date.
I am very sorry to state that pathetic state of the company against product complaints.
