I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my fan repair request (Service Req [protected]/01). Despite my repeated attempts to get this issue resolved, there has been no response or action from crompton team.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and falls far short of the standards I expect from Crompton. I initially lodged the request and have been waiting for a technician to address the issue. Despite assurances, no technician has visited to resolve the problem.

This delay and lack of communication are causing significant inconvenience. I request immediate action to rectify this situation. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution by the end of the day, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including sharing my negative experience on social media and lodging a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
