I had purchased geyser from retailer with proper bill and warranty card. The geyser leaked, retailer lodged complaint with CG when I approached him with the complaint. The mechanic visited and opened the gyser and concluded that the tank has leaked. Went back saying that he will register it with CG and CG executive will come.
Now I understand that the mechanic could not find the serial number on the equipment and that is why it can not be processed. Now when I approached CG executive things started unfolding. I am surprised to get more wiser about the process.
First of all the CG executive disowned the Retailer, the retail bill and the warranty card that is duly stamped by retailer. More or less concludeded that to take the warranty claim I am doing all this drama.
When I asked that why this product is not having the serial number. He revealed a very good thing that CG scraps these products in market without serial number and I must have got from some scrap dealer. then I must have approached the retailer who in return of some tax plus addon must have made the cash bill and warranty card. and based on this I have come to CG for claiming Warranty.
I appreciate this imaginative mind. Further another imagination that sr no must have been removed during installation by plumber. Does it make you laugh...
I have this conversation where in some other similes have been given to educate me which shows the customer centric approach.
Leaving that aside, I wish to request that my complaint is pending for last one month and winter has already set in. time to use geyser has come and just for serial number you can not keep on blaming me. At least show me that I have tempered. This equipment has been opened by none other that your channel partner which you can disown anytime as you have done in case of retailer. so please make immediate visit to close the case.
Hope it would be resolved immediately .. this way or that way..for me to decide future course of action. Was this information helpful? |
