I have made a complaint last month that the heater is not heating and your technician came and charged 1750/- to change the heating coil. after he left water is leaking from the geyser which never happened before. i am calling since 1 month and he is not coming to solve the issue. i made a other complaint again and many people called but no one came to visit. i have a small kid and by mistake he switched the geyser on and due to water leaking he got current shock today morning and he has been admitted in hospital. installation person name (rahul) contact no : [protected]
