Cross Roads — false and misleading information at the time of purchase of car service package

I had purchased a car service package from crossroads for my i -10 car then no. Hr51ag 4296. I was intimated at the time of purchase of package that complete service will be provided which will include change of coolant, brake fluid, engine and transmission oil if required. At the time of service only engine oil was changed though coolant, brake fluid and transmission oil also required change as confirmed by the service station on enquiry. When i approached the call center, their response was negative
This amounts to fraud by the company. Company is requested to carry out the complete service as per their commitment by their salesperson

Updated by singhpardaman There is no response from the company so far. I feel the company does not care for its customers . It amounts to callous attitude towards it's customers.
