Hi Support,

I have recently got Crossroad card with coupons in which one coupon (Rs1500) is valid for this year and I want to use it. When I call @ [protected] its just ringing, I waited for 6 to 7 min but no luck and when I call on helpline number they said they can't help with coupons I have to call the number given on coupon or email you guys.
I don't know what type of support are you guys providing and how can I recommend my friends for Crossroad if I am not getting proper support.

Please let me know if you can help me with this or not. if not please refund my amount and take your card back.

I had provided you the ID number then why you are not pulling details from your records. Don't play on emails if you can't help then take your card and coupons back and refund my money without wasting your and my time.
