Cross Roads — refund against the sow | |||||
Hi, I brought croos road service on wheel against cross road order no cria[protected]. Firstly they did not gave appointment for the service of car. After 2-3 weeks they finally agreed to come on 04.06.17. Bust last moment they again ditched.in short after repeated calling and fixing appointment crossroad failed to deliver the service. Forcefully i have to go for service of car at hyundai service center. After this i took-up with crossroad, for refund. They also agreed for refund via email. But even after repeated follow-up for 3-4 months and they did not refund the amount. This attitude of cross road is irresponsible. I need immediate refund of the amount paid. . I am also fillowing uo with them since last April for refund. But these people are crooks. I have dropped them dozen of emails and phone calls. All efforts in vein
