I received a faulty soundbar, the woofer cover was not pasted properly, it came out when I played a high beat song. Battery back up is pathetic doesnt last for one hour and music breaks during bluetooth connectivity. Also when connected to calls the other person cannot hear me at all. Such a waste it is, they replied me after 3 days to take it to the service centre which is 30kms away. I wanted a replacement as I complaint on the date of delivery but their CUSTOMER service stinks like a garbage. they even blocked me on facebook as I was giving them a negative comments.
