I bought this Orbit X smartwatch and when I first saw it, I was very much happy by looks but when I booted it up, it was a third class chinese product in terms of touch quality, font and software update. I got a pop-up that there's an update to the firmware available but this is not happening from that ### wearfit pro app. It's stuck at 0% for hours and I have to do factory reset on the watch to come out of this. The screen doesn't lights up when notification is arrived and raise to wake is not accurate. There are a lot of issues which I want to report but I don't want to waste my time here. I want the Crossbeats India team to help me out with all the reported issues so that in future I go for this product again.
Note: I was using Xiaomi watch lite and I will return back to Xiaomi if there's no proper response from the team. Was this information helpful? |
