Order crossbeats product Ignite LYT from crossbeats.com online shopping. The product is supposed to deliver on 24th Aug 2022 but still not yet delivered. I had approached crossbeats support team 3times over call and more than 5times in mail they were just updating saying that we have updated it to concern team. Shipping team mentioned on every updated that "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" .I had asked for the same, why the shipping person not contacted me before they go as undelivered and its been done out for delivery more than 8times in these time NO ONE CONTACTED ME. And crossbeats support team is just to update they dont have even shipping team contact number it seems. I NEED MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION. I am not agreed on the support team reply that they only say updated concern team where there is no action taken up. crossbeats team has to correct delivery system first. Irresponsible reply from support team no info to customer how to approach for complaint also. even though clearly sent address & contact number of customer to support team and asked let shipping person contact me if they dint find consignee at location.
