Crossbeats — Defective product/ Misleading customers with wrong information | |||||
I recently purchase a crossbeats spectra smartwatch on crossbeats website. From the day I received the health information provided by the watch is wrong and also the watch has technical issues which was raised to the support team at crossbeats. Their phone support is not available and they are reachable only on email. Their customer support is pathetic where they dont even look into emails rather keep copy pasting same info asking to reset watch. They dont have a replacement policy or refund policy. Also they have mentioned in their product catalogue about the watch has 200 watch faces mentioned in both the product box and their website which is false, where as only 50+ is available. This is misleading or faking to customer. Customers are looted of their hard earned money. Imagine receiving a faulty product on day 1 and I am still struggling for a resolution. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||||
