Writing this after few months o[censored]suage of Crossbeats Orbit smart watch.
Please avoid this brand. Their warranty is just as fake as them.
The watch started showing blue lines in the screen after 2 to 3 months of fair usage. As per their request, I send the item to their service centre. Their service team is pathetic and came up with weird reasons to void the warranty. They claim that the IC chip is damanged and the reason could be overcharging or power fluctuation.
Like any other electonic chargable devices, the charging should cut off automatically once the battery is full. Then how can the product be over charged. Same in case of voltage fluctuation, even if an voltage fluctuation happens it should affect the charger and not a 5v DC current to the device.
I can't even believe they claim these reasons on their own product to void the warranty. After questioning their claim, no response and no return of the product. Please be careful with this fraudsters. Was this information helpful? |
