Crossbeats — I did not receive my refund for the cancelled product

I placed an order for crossbeat smart watch - orbit sports on their website and had to cancel the order within 10 minutes of placing the order.

I reached out to their support for cancellation and refund, I was informed I will get the refund within 5-7 days.

Till date I have not received any update regarding the refund timeline or the refund.

When I reachout to their customer care there is no response.
I got a mail stating that I will be getting a call in 24-48 hours, even after 72 hours I haven't received any call, mail Or any update.

I sent another mail to their support asking for response, I got the response again that they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours.

Please assist and help me get my refund on the cancelled order.

Just put a detailed review in amazon to get a full refund. Try putting reviews on multiple products for faster response. Trust me and thank me later
