This is extremely horrible and bad service from your team. I have repeatedly requested to send me a nice and working device, but you are sending me all rubbish gadgets every time. I am very much shocked this type of negligence of issues repeated every time.
I have purchased Ignite S4 smart watch product on your official website on 15/03/2022, later it got defective one after other and till now you have sent me two defective products of brand new devices, and again after receiving the 3rd piece also got defective. I have one basic doubt on your product that i.e, is your smart watch software is defective or else you are wontedly sending me the defective pieces to the customers. One more drawback is you don’t have service centres in Hyderabad, every time you are telling to send a parcel to Bangalore which costs parcel charges, till now i have spent 800rs/- for sending and receiving the product from your store. It’s a very pathetic and ugly smart watch i have never seen till now, from a very much reputed brand of cross Beats. When you can’t send a good smart watch why are wasting my money on delivery charges, I could have buy a new smart watch from different brand. How should i trust your huge reputed brand which is repeatedly sending me defective pieces? I request you to don’t fool a public by selling smart gadgets. It’s not a smart gadget, its smart looting business from your worthless smart watch design and software. So don’t send me a new watch just refund my amount, if you again send also i don’t trust that your smart looting watch will work fine for long time. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
