Crossbeats — No customer suppor and harrasment

I have bought a crossbeats ignite pro watch from Amazon on May'22, after few days o[censored]se the physical button in the watch stopped working. Tried connecting crossbeat over mail and they have asked me to ship the product to their facility by my own to avail the warenty. I did the same as ultimately its our hard earned money. After several folow-up got a mail back from them stating there are N number of issues in the watch they have found starting from touch screen to battery. (Note: I only had button issue and rest was working fine).

I already made a video with actual problem as a evidence as some how it strike me as something wrong going on.. I have shared it with them and after that they just replied "as you are not willing to pay the replacement amount hence please click the below link and provide the shipping back charge".

However no where in the earlier mail communication they told me anything about replacement.

Now when I have connected them via Fb and said about legal action then they asked me to pay them 1999/- and in return they will give a new watch as my watch is gone.
