I contacted with customer care for watch repair (Orbit Graphite Black was under warranty) and received an email from Crossbeat Team. They asked me “to self-ship the product to their centralized service center in Bangalore, India”. The address for which the product needs to be self-shipped is as below.

They will review and do the needful. Hence, I couriered the product on 13th March by Indian Post to the provided address. After continuously follow up about product delivered and received successfully. After than I emailed many times to know the status of watch and most of the time they never responded and if they revert “we will get back to you “. Then they mailed me saying replacement cost would be Rs 3499 including shipping charges and taxes. And If I am not ready for paid replacement, then I have to pay Rs 99 towards reverse shipping charges.
So, I asked them to return the watch (as it was last gift from my late father) on 19th April I paid the amount of Rs 99 for reverse shipping charges. After that I am continuously mailing them to know the status but no response. And today got a mail stating that “due to no response from your end, we have decided to dispose of the product”. Without my permission who gave them authority to dispose my product. There is no single call, mail or msg from their end I called 20 – 30 time on their customer care but no response. completely baseless allegation they are putting.
They are doing fraud of 4000 worthy watch. I need my product back.
