Crossroads — crossroads 50000 km car service cancellation | |||
I have booked routine service (Oil change, filter change, air filter change etc) of my car at 50000 km. Cross roads gave me service date on 3th july 2017. On 3july they told it cant be done as they are too busy. It was very difficult for me because i got a job abroad and supposed to fly on 5th july 2017. I was suppose to sell the vehicle after the service, so i called customer care and cancelled my service and asked for refund. Customer care told me to e mail to the company. All my efforts went in vein when every time an automated mail comes from cross roads and says we will contact you 48 hours. Is this you have promised to your customer at the time of booking. How can i get my money back as i have sold my vehicle. I m in bahrain at the moment. Is there anyone in crossroads to help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
