Crossroads — my car renewal subscription not getting updated as per commitment | |||
I get the call from cross road sales executive and they offer to renew my membership of cross road for road side assistance for 3 year my car. I have paid rs.1500/- through paytm and received the invoice and card of cross road against my payment but now cross road is saying that this is not valid for three year it is only for one year. I have sent the mail to customer care with all details but they are not replying my mail but i am getting the call for renewal again by again and saying that he will not help out on this.
