Crossroads — regarding poor breakdown services by the company crossroads complete auto solutions

Dear all,

This is to inform you that i had purchased a plan in 2017 from "crossroads complete auto solutions" which provides breakdown services for 24*7 roadside assistance for car / bike etc.

In this regard, i would like to inform you that from the 1st date of purchase the plan from crossroads, i am not happy with the plan provided to me, due the below mentioned reasons.

1) i had offered unlimited services in my 4 year tenure but only 15 nos. Of services provided to me when i receive my confirmation.

2) when i requested crossroads thru my app for roadside assistance for the 2nd time for changing my tyre, the persons who came for changing the tyre, did not have car jack and responded me badly.

3) on sunday dated 4th august 2019 (Request no. 566688) i 3rd time requested crossroad thru my app for roadside assistance for flat tyre, but nobody came and cancelled my request by crossroads without my permission.

4) again i requested for the same complaint on 6-8-19 at 2:16 pm (Request no. 566964) and i have been informed by customer care executive, vivek, that my complaint will be take care within 45 minutes but no person reached after one hour. Then i called again customer care executive and he informed me that the field boy is busy some where and he will reach within 20 minutes. But sorry to say that after 30 minutes no person reached at my location. Then again i called customer care executive and he told me that field boy will reach to my location by 6 pm or 7 pm and also he did not responded me properly and disconnect the phone and also nobody came on location on[protected].

5) again i requested on 7th aug 2019 at 10.34 am (Request no. 567087), but after receiving call from customer care that our executive will reach to you by 12 pm, but nobody came to my location by 2.00 pm and customer care executive is saying that crossroads has only one field executive to resolve all the complaints.

It is ridiculous that a company who has only one field executive to resolve all the problems. I am very much disappointed from the crossroads services why harish lakhera has opened this company, when he is not able to resolve the complaint, he should close the same w. E. F.

Also crossroads says that they complete their complaint within 30-45 minutes, which is not correct, they never reach the consumer location on time, how can they complete their complaint on time. This kind of cheap services provided by crossroads after sale of plan. I will never ever recommend to anyone for purchasing a plan from crossroads.

I request you to kindly share my views with harish lakhera, owner of crossroads and i want my money refund from crossroads as soon as possible.
