Hi Team,

I have taken Services on Wheels from https://www.crossroadshelpline.com/ its almost 1 neay now & they have neither provided Service nor they are returning my Money. Team I need ur Help to take this case to next level to get this Fraud Company closed asap.

If this is the behavior from your representative and that is how you will not respond to the service request trust me I am going to raise a complaint to all the higher authorities and to consumer forum as well. I want strict action against this.
My Details :--
Package Type -- Standard P1-Delhi NCR
Membership ID -- [protected]
No. of Services :-- 0 (Zero).

Package Type :-- PAN INDIA Titanium- All India
Membership ID :-- [protected].

I am attaching the snapshot of the query which I raised and is still open.

I WANT STRICT ACTIONS AGAINST THEM.

Non trust-able company .Never take membership of this company .Being a Titanium member, they are not providing support for more than 18 hours .They had cheated customer by not providing service .No response .Never take membership of this company ...

We have purchased a car service in the month of February 2019 having membership id: [protected].

We have regularly got phone calls from their official number [protected], [protected], [protected] for purchasing a car service at Rs 4719 and also get a one complimentary service from their end.

But after doing a online transaction, I regularly calling at above mentioned numbers for a complimentary service but no one provide a proper response.

Now i called at their landline number[protected] and same people asked me written proof for complimentary service. I am requested not to trust mobil cross road and they will cheat us and provide false commitment to grab customer money even car service from authorised service centre is better.

Customer care is not able to Activate the account..
Worst Service

I bought the package 6 months before and still the account is inactive.
How could you take money from people and providing no service.
