Dear Sir /Mam We have long association with your company when seed was very small from that time we are taking your Services now it become big tree, now its very importent to proper control & manage to maintain the Goodwill but its my observation & experience of your Marketing staff is very aggressive they do lots of Bargaining & miss-commitments, Your above gentleman sold me Your Help line Plan For Pan India my a/c # [protected] for my Duster car HR26DD 3188 @Rs2000/- For five years & unlimited services but when i saw in application it was issued only for Four years & number of services is restricted to 30 only, from the day of issuing we have not taken any help services but your application now is Showing only 15 services balance till today it’s very Strange Your whole Management is doing wrong commitments with your clients this is very Skerry & dangerous for your Company please take serious action to stop this practice i tried several calls & mailed also but no one is giving me solution for this so i decided not to deal with this company in my whole life for any kind of Services with Cross roads As discussed with Mr Mahendar pratap rana i was asking him Rs1500/- for four years but he said we can't go below to Rs 2000/- but i will give you 5 years services but when i checked it the services committed for five years & unlimited services was wrong Today i noticed when i was drafting this letter i opened the crossroads application saw Now services balance is only 15 its Crazy & very disappointing requesting you to find the solution for the same return my Given Rs 2000/- Or fulfill your commitments if you will not take any action Seriously in solving my this issue i will excilet this matter to your seniors Please take this note Very seriously & find the solution & resolve my issues Thanking You Harish Sahajwani [protected] I have forwarded this mail to them my whole case study is mentioned in it please take necessary action against them & I need my money back Rs2000/- Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
