Cugl — CUGL meter installed but not connected to kitchen, so no able to use gas at home.

Dear Maám/Sir,
This is in reference to the gas meter installed at my home. The meter was installed but neither it was connected to the main pipeline not the pipeline was taken further to my kitchen/Stove. In-spite of repetitive request no action was taken till date. On top of it people from CUGL call me for payment of my meter. First of all, when I have not used the meter why will I, in any circumstances pay for it. Secondly, I am not at fault as the installation is incomplete, so I will not pay for any dues, as I have not used it.

I am the users who had opted for the Gas Pipeline way back in 2017, when it was introduced for the very first time in my area and also have issued a cheque of Rs.6000/- as security deposit, dated 10/05/2017. Since then I have been waiting and asking personnel to get proper installation done, but no action was ever taken. In-spite of this, I have also mailed to CUGL twice ([protected]@cugl.co.in on Aug 14, 2020 and [protected]@gmail.com on Jul 3, 2021), to get my problem solved but not action was taken.

Please look into the matter and I had also attached in proper photographs of my meter on my earlier mails to CUGL with details and facts on the problem. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
