Customer Support Center — cheating - as panasonic authorized service center

They told they are panasonic authorized service center but they are fake

Against my 40 inch panasonic led tv model no th-40c400d and engineer name : shubham (Contact no. [protected]) from your customer support center came for visit and he told that mother board issue is there and he picked my tv. And we payed 350 rupees visit charges.

Spoke to mr. Pankaj (Contact no. [protected]) provided by your customer support representative. Pankaj ensured that don't worry we people will check and fix your tv.

Yesterday 18th sep 2018 subham came to deliver my tv and he was rude and in hurry and asked us to make payment immediately and we payed 8300 rupees service charge for motherboard issue fixing charge.

And within one day my tv stopped working they broke the display screen and now tv is not working.

We realized there is a crack in our screen and called subham and he was not picking our call and then contacted mr. Pankaj and told that my tv screen is damaged and he ensured us not to worry and he will refund the full amount or fix my issue.

Fnd the below attached images of my damaged t. V and revert with proper solution asap other wise i have to take further actions against your company that how irresponsible and fake you people are.

Customer support people dont listen to ant issues and also the staff is not we educated as they wrote wrong customer id on my receipt and also wrong name of mine.
