Address: CvBuzzOnline.Com; EBUZZ SOLUTIONS LTD Office 3 Unit R1, Penfold Trading Estate, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 4YY Synopsis :- CvBuzzOnline.com has engulfed Rs 23, 997 /- fradulantly from me (unemployed graduate Electrical Engineer) at the pretext of providing me with a job and (neither any job opportunity provide or ) returning the same to me. Chronological order of the incident of cheating :- 1. On 03/09/2014 at around 1030 hrs I got a phone call from Ph no [protected] of CvBuzzonline.com regarding the short listing of my name in connection with the job at Havels Company Mumbai. My resume was collected from Naukri.com where I had registered earlier. A lady voice conveyed this message and enquired about my interest. I gave my consent. A confirmatory e-mail was received (Exhibit No 1). 2. On 03/09/2014 at around 1200 hrs same lady voice told me to talk with a senior executive. The company senior executive Mr Manoj Kumar having mobile no [protected] explained the details of the placement company. 3. At around 1400 hrs Mr Manoj from mobile no. [protected] instructed me to register with the CvBuzz company by paying Rs 1750/- online on condition that it may be refundable during 1st salary. I follwed the instruction by registering with CvBuzz (refer Exhibit No. 2) and paid Rs 1750/- by my SBI debit card to CvBuzz. A receipt e-mail was received (refer Exhibit No 3) After receiving the payment successfully Mr Manoj from mobile no [protected] told me that a telephonic interview will be conducted by HR of the Havels company, Mumbai. An interview was conducted telephonically with HR of M/s Havels (as introduced by interviewer him/herself), Mumbai from the same number [protected] and I was selected for the job pending verification of the testimonials. 4. At around 1500 hrs again Mr Manoj called me from mobile no [protected] and asked for payment of Rs 7999/- for the purpose of “detective verification of all testimonials” which I agreed to pay. At the time of online payment from my State Bank of India, Anushaktinagar branch account no [protected], CvBuzz committed fraud by telling me that due to server mistake the amount of Rs 7999/- has not reached to them though I received a SMS from SBI regarding the account debit. Bewildered by their repeated call, I conducted another trial and paid Rs 7999/- from the same account. SBI sent successful SMS for account debit. However Mr Manoj of CvBuzz from mobile no [protected] conveyed the same answer of failure payment again. Like this way I paid four times and the after paying Rs 7999 X 4 = Rs 31996, my account got emptied completely. Refer SBI account details (Exhibit Number 4). 5.
