Cyankart.com — Order not delivered after payment, no means of contact

I had ordered a phone case from Cyankart.com on December 9 2015. I paid the entire amount by credit card. The order was placed with the order ID CYN88974. Post that there has been no communication regarding the status of the order. All emails sent to their contact email address [protected]@cyankart.com are returned undelivered. Their customer service number +[protected] is always busy. I have written on them on their facebook page but there hasnt been any reply from there either. Please take necessary action to refund the amount I have paid and also to avoid further inconvenience to innocent customers who make the mistake of trusting this merchant and paying money beforehand.
