Dear Sir/Madam,

Reference to above subject i would like a Refund for a order number mentioned.

As i purchased product on 02.10.2022, and tried to use it on 05.10.2022 and the product was not working, even after i followed steps given on user mannual .

I immediately talked to CR (05.10.2022) and was told that I'll get reply in 48 hrs, & (06.10.2022) they suggested, I should call the product manufacturer for repairs why?, In actual i am not interested in product anymore, and will not dare to buy any electronic products from D-mart, would like to by groceries, etc.

I kindly request you to give me refund and i don't need any product replacement or I don't want it to be repaired. Shipment no. 78172297, Prestige induction stove.
I am following up on my own customer care representative are not giving any feedback from front. And I have been following up since last 7days mail, call but no resolution is given so far.

    My name is Pravin Sawardekar, I have purchased some material from Badlapur Demart on 12.5.2022 of Rs 5888 and counter person had swiped my Indian Bank Debit card again of Rs. 3867, he told me your transaction is not complete and declined, after i have inquired my Indian Bank and raised the complaint, my Indian Bank has confirmed the transaction of Rs 3867 has been successfully done by Demart, I have lodged the complaint in Demart Register copy of the same is attached for your ready reference, since last 5 months i have face the problem, but Demart fellow is not agree for refund my money. please help me.

      Today, my wife and I went shopping at your Dahisar Dmart around 9.30 p.m. While shopping, one of your employees, Ganesh, was making derogatory remarks to the couples and women passing by. He also said to his friend, " So, when I asked him what he said, he said, "I didn't say anything about madam." But when I forced him a second time, he just said sorry, and I don't think sorry will solve my problem.

      Ganesh Tripathi was the name he gave me. His real name is Ganesh, as seen on his chest plate. But I believe his surname is incorrect, so I'm sharing his photo with you.

      I humbly request that you take such strict action against this boy and keep me updated, or else I will take a screenshot of your email and file a complaint in your Dmart's name at the nearest police station.

      I just want to say that if your employees continue to mock people in Dmart in this manner, I will take legal action. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

        Dear Team,

        I have purchased Philips Iron from Dmark of Chikhloli, Badlapur East as per attached Invoice, I have returned it due to not working properly as per attached complaint details.

        But after a few days DMart Cust. Care informed Philips person visited and repaired the Iron and I can take it from Dmart.

        I have clearly said I don't want that Iron which has to be repaired before use. but they refuse to take it in return.

        I have been using Philips Iron for the last 15+ years which is the best piece, so I have purchased the same company Iron.

        But it does not work as per expectations hence want to return, when customers are dissatisfied and want to return any product executive have to respect customer requests.

        As well as not expecting the service DMart provides, they also can take it in return as we are 1st customer of Dmart but they said contact Philips Cust Care and Philips Cust Care clearly said i have to contact Dmart.

        Humble request to attend my complaint and reply urgently.

          This is to inform you that their is illegal construction done at D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts store branch name is Kalamboli Dmart,

          Branch Num: Plot No.1, Sector No. 9A, Opp.Sector 14, Roadpali Gaon, Kalamboli- 410208.

          Below is the ill legal construction detail.

          1)Lunch room of Kalamboli Dmart Store is at backside of Dmart as per safety norms during evacuation any incident happen in store for exit it very dangerous to take exit.

          2)Dmart ice cream Machine & pop corn machine is kept at customer exit area it is very dangerous its against the fire safety norms.

          Please help us to take appropriate action against ill legal construction done at kalamboli dmart, A normal people do small ill legal construction local authority take immediate action, why dmart is safe after making ill legal construction if you wont take action action kalamboli Dmart Store, I ll take legal action through the help of court.

          On 22nd Sep 2022, I Have highlighted the above fire safety concern of Kalamboli Dmart store.
          ill legal construction done of Lunchroom which is made at backside of Kalamboli Dmart Store, Ice cream & popcorn counter is kept at customer exit area along with machine which is against the fire safety norms.

          I requested very politely but no action & decision is taken yet, Now I will go to Panvel Fire Safety Department to take action against such ill legal construction.

            Afew days ago i vist tirupati d-mart near to tvs circle. I kept my baggage(skipping thread) and baggage counter w0rker sir for this item we are not giving the token but i am keeping in the fourth number after ur purchase u can collect the baggage she said.Unfortunately after completing of my purchase i forgoted to take the baggage and went to home .Next day during the working hours i vist the store and told the incident that yesterday happen and wasted my time nearly 1.5 hours after that they collected my details and told that we will inform you sir by today afternoon and they didn't inform and on that day omly i again visted and asked for the updates again they watsted 1, 5 hours and with impolite manner they behaved .Again they collected my details and told that we will inform you sir .Thereis no progress in that and again i make a call to the hemadri(superviser) yesterday and he said that we will replace the baggage which was missing and you take another one .After visiting the store take the cheap one actually i don't want that .My thing is enough and i caaledto the manager and asked about this but the superviser said that all this problem we explained to the manager but the didn't know the matter.
            At last my complaint is if it is missing then straight forwardly say to the coustmer in a polite manner but why are you wasting the coustmer valuble time.

                  I had bought a compass box from Dmart yesterday. It was sealed from outside so content was not checked by me.

                  At home when I had opened items were missing and not as per details mentioned on the cover.

                  Also it was looking old from inside.

                  I got my refund today from store, but what about loss of my time and petrol.

                      Order getting delayed since 6 days and no solution

                      I ordered in last week order no.75496784 it got delayed to 3 days and finally I cancelled the order and reorder on 4th sep with order no.75798957 it was supposed to deliver on 5th, again it got delayed and supposed to get today but again i received message saying that delivery got delayed and it will deliver on 7thsep, , i complain to CUSTOMER service no 3 times but no solution, total 6 days went in all this and I have not received my order...

                      Yesterday while I was at Aundh, Dmart evening around 6:30 PM, I had only 2 quantities and hence I was standing on counter 1 where you can only carry less than 10 items. The dmart guy asked me to remove my trolley as he needed space, I was having 5 kg wheat and he asked me to put it on counter, though i was 2nd in line, which I was ok with
                      But THEN the uncle who was ahead of me started shouting as why i am putting my stuff, he is supposed to bill. i said i am not billing i have just kept on counter, that too when the dmart guy himself told me to do so., he got angry and started misbehaving and arguing
                      On top of it that Uncle had more than 15 items in his basket when the counter lady said sir you cant do this, he smartly asked her to remove 5 items and then when billing of 10 items ended he asked to add those 5 items also and then did his billing of 15 items in line where only 10 items are allowed
                      Why did your staff entertain such act, what is the meaning of then keeping that counter where only 10 items are allowed and why they dont question such people who misbehave and do their own will

                        02 sept 2022, Today, i visited D Mart (Bail bazar, Kalyan west). Thier in Footwear section, i feel Worst experience and very bad attitude of staff was standing. He was very rude. Continuous he was stairing to all the female customer. I was with my wife and childrens. I I observe many time, still he was stairing. When i was selecting my shoes their, he repeatedly coming towards my family continuously and taking back my shoes from my front and kept on the rack. I said, i was not yet done with selection, but he arrogantly replied me and shows his attitude and rude behaviour... This was very worst experience what i feel and then i went from that footwear section without taking my shoes ... I feel very uncomfortable their because of that person... I request the higher authority of D Mart to look in this matter and do some action on it ...

                          Date- 31/07/2022 Yesterday I went for shopping at your D-Mart Mall, GIDC, Marketing Yard, Surendranagar District, Gujarat State, Wadhwan, after shopping, when I made online payment. So, the money has been deducted from my account, but your employee said that the money has not been credited to us. So, if you want to take the purchased items home, you will have to make another payment again. When I did not pay again, I was misbehaved by your employee and manager And no proper answer is given by your employee and manager. For which I am very sorry, I had a bill of 1300 rupees. Even I lost 1300 rupees and did not get the items. If my query is not resolved then I will file a complaint with customer protection which will be your full responsibility.

                            I have shopped from D-Mart upperpally and at billing counter they asked for ₹18 for the carrybag.. I totally disagree with this because the carry bag charges should not be there when we shop at Mart..and that too much high for one Carry bag they are asking ₹ 18..

                                Bill payment got deducted twice

                                Hi,

                                I visited Dmart Hinjewadi, Pune on 9 August 2022 and did shopping of Rs 5729.80. During the payment, initially I tried to swipe my Axis bank credit card but it got failed. Hence I used my SBI debit card which got success and money got deducted. After a while, I got a message from Axis bank that same amount for money got deducted from Axis bank account as well. I waited for a while but there was no refund from any bank...

                                  Order Id 72776562 delivered on 8th August 2022. The delivery guy as it was raining came. And kept things ordered. But later after he left we have checked items ordered were Missing. Swad sunflower oil pack 6 worth 1122/- Rupees missing. I have raised complaint the very next day. They told will check and update. Now they are says that oil packets have been sent in order. But we have not received. I don't see any action taken or refund shared.
