When i was exiting from dmart, and i had payed for my stuff, and went at the the same exit and showed her the bill, thr security saw the tag of my cloth and started touching my cloth without my permission, especially during covid time when i was wearing a mask and she wasnt, then she called another security and aksed her to check if this was their cloth and i was highly shocked, she kept twisting and turning me, is this how dmart treats their customers its highly dissapointing and very shocking and after they realised it wasnt from their shop no one even said sorry to me, that lady had no respect for the customers, highly dissapointing and shocking she should be fired as per me

Today after shopping in your Dmart branch -Opp. Bhakti Heights, Behind Shrushti Residency Amroli - Sayan Road, Kosad, Surat. 394107, Gujarat, I had tried to pay through Google pay and transaction failed in first attempt but was successful in second attempt and money was deducted from my account and transferred to Dmart, but bill not generated... So cashier girls demanded to pay again, and made me to pay again through debit card.. so now twice my money is deducted. Please help

I have bought 1 bournvita packet worth Rs 27 but in my bill the cashier on the cash counter has printed 3 instead of 1

I have placed an order on 01.06.2022 vide no.67462117 for 56 items but the dmart people delivered 26 items and after filing complaint without checking the complaint they called and asking that all the products has been delivered or not now days dmart delivery person are doing fraud with dmart and dmart customer care is not taking action against those delivery person ... So according to me the service of dmart is terrible

I have been charged 18rs for a carry bag at dmart store on 4th June

I placed an order on 29th May 2022. There were a total of 84 items placed. The delivery was received on 31st 2022. I generally do the checking of the items immediately and realized that I was missing an item. There were only 83 items I received. I didn't realize what item is missing but I knew that I had one less product. I informed the delivery executive and he said he brought the order as it was packed and if I had any concerns I could call customer service; there was noting he could do. I realized later this order didn't include Amul 1kg Chesse. I first raised a ticked on the D mart ready app to complain about the missing item. I did not hear any response. So I called d mart customer service I asked them if a complaint number was raised and they mentioned they have the complaint number and that was enough. I have since then called everyday and the customer support specialist all of them don't know the SLA but just tell me to wait. I am hoping you can intervene and provide a resolution to this.

I have ordered my groceries almost 3 days back and my delivery is still awaited. Every time I Call the customer service team they give a false commitment and is never met.

I have been calling the customer service team since day before yesterday and still no luck in getting my order delivered. This is the customer service what Dmart offers its customers.

There is a dmart point near somaiya, one female employee works there having a boy cut curly hair with specs.I dont know her name she ia so rude with her service and also dont know how to talk to customers.she just said such unwanted things just for not having 1ruppe change with me..
Kindly teach your staff to show some plolite and respects towards customers which is the basic policy of service..anf specailly ask her to not behave like a owner of dmart

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I purchased some items for my home at may 11 2022 at 8.09 pm in Dmart, Hosur.
They billed Rs. 5660.41 for purchased items and I payed the same amount through Google pay. The transaction was completed and amount will be debited immediately in my account.
The counter person says we didn't receive the money after some follow up they still say didn't recieve and they didn't gave any items what i have purchased.
I contact the bank manager directly and asked about the transaction about this.
The bank statement said the money was debited and credited to recipient's account.
Now requested to return back my money immediately otherwise i try to make complaint on other type.

Dmart delivery is unavailable in Latur, Maharashtra. Also login issue on Dmart.

I had order the monthly groceries for the April month and paid Rs 3434 by card at the time of delivery . I returned one of the product as it was expired which was worth around Rs 680.
