I placed an order on 29th May 2022. There were a total of 84 items placed. The delivery was received on 31st 2022. I generally do the checking of the items immediately and realized that I was missing an item. There were only 83 items I received. I didn't realize what item is missing but I knew that I had one less product. I informed the delivery executive and he said he brought the order as it was packed and if I had any concerns I could call customer service; there was noting he could do. I realized later this order didn't include Amul 1kg Chesse. I first raised a ticked on the D mart ready app to complain about the missing item. I did not hear any response. So I called d mart customer service I asked them if a complaint number was raised and they mentioned they have the complaint number and that was enough. I have since then called everyday and the customer support specialist all of them don't know the SLA but just tell me to wait. I am hoping you can intervene and provide a resolution to this.

I have ordered my groceries almost 3 days back and my delivery is still awaited. Every time I Call the customer service team they give a false commitment and is never met.

I have been calling the customer service team since day before yesterday and still no luck in getting my order delivered. This is the customer service what Dmart offers its customers.

There is a dmart point near somaiya, one female employee works there having a boy cut curly hair with specs.I dont know her name she ia so rude with her service and also dont know how to talk to customers.she just said such unwanted things just for not having 1ruppe change with me..
Kindly teach your staff to show some plolite and respects towards customers which is the basic policy of service..anf specailly ask her to not behave like a owner of dmart

Today I visited D-Mart store in Gobindgarh. I purchased some products and when I went to get them billed, one of their employees took out the products from trolley without my permission and also denied to bill the products. He gave me the reason that some other customer has purchased the same products so he will not bill mine.

The staff at the store abused my father and also behaved with me in an inappropriate manner. They...

I have bought few things in Dmart. They have charged 18rs for carry bag. This charge is very high. And Can you please take necessary action against it.

I purchased a hair oil mrp is 140 and is charged more than mrp 149

I purchased some items for my home at may 11 2022 at 8.09 pm in Dmart, Hosur.
They billed Rs. 5660.41 for purchased items and I payed the same amount through Google pay. The transaction was completed and amount will be debited immediately in my account.
The counter person says we didn't receive the money after some follow up they still say didn't recieve and they didn't gave any items what i have purchased.
I contact the bank manager directly and asked about the transaction about this.
The bank statement said the money was debited and credited to recipient's account.
Now requested to return back my money immediately otherwise i try to make complaint on other type.

Dmart delivery is unavailable in Latur, Maharashtra. Also login issue on Dmart.

I had order the monthly groceries for the April month and paid Rs 3434 by card at the time of delivery . I returned one of the product as it was expired which was worth around Rs 680.
They are telling they have given me refund by the hand of delivery guy at the time of return pickup which didnt happened. They telling stories instead giving the refunds to me ..Please look into the matter.They are cheating customer #Online Shopping #...

I buy a lock from dmart but after two months i found it can be open from other keys as well which is a threat to my privacy as well as to my property

Sir on 30 Apr 22 I visited DMart Store Zirakpur Chatt road Mohali.. My money deducted twice for One Bill, via debit Card and second time via Google pay .My Bill no.[protected] of amount 4186.83 rupees... Sir pls look into this and please refund money back as soon as possible...

I have visited d mart moshi branch today 01/05/2022, I have done my shoping billing is done while going out on exit counter guy told me keep the basket down when I went in the parking no one was there I checked but no one available I took my car and came on the gate I was supposed to keep the basket but back side there is rush today Sunday hence rush was there, I tred to park my car but same time d mart moshi guys came to my car and started shouting on me use bad word. Why he has to use bad word when there is no proper guidance.. I need call back from the guy who was there on the gate... I want him to appolozise. If you can check my car no. Check CCtv camera I was looking for support but no one was available in parking my car no is MH14 JM 4641. Please check and investigate who is guilty ... If I am guilty I am ready to be fined... Mother Dairy Live Lite Milk is not available in Dairy Milk Racks for the customer to pick up even as late as 9.20 AM while items are available in the Store delivered by the Vendor well before 7.00 am.Today on Apr 30th also this Millk is not available even at 9.20 am while item has arrived at store before 7.00 am. It is taking more than 2 hours to move the item 500 mts from store to the racks. I have complained many times to Kharghar Store Customer care at [protected] but still the issue is not resolved. Same issue happened on Apr 10th 9.00 am also and I complained to same customer care. but issue is not getting resolved. Please help to fix this problem permenantly so that the item is available on racks when the customer is walking to store to purchase it.

I bought a jeans of size 32 but now I would like to return the product due the fitting but the point is i lost the receipt
Kindly provide me an alternative to this problem

I did shopping from Lal kothi dmart store, the MRP of Meggie was 24 on the product but at the billing time they marked 27 Rs as MRP
And after discount it was 25.32 Rs which was still higher than actual MRP

When I make a complaint against it, the staff ask to communicate with me
But I haven't received any call from the store manager.
So now I will have to take help from Consumer court.

We have purchased before 15/20days Mahafruit - Black grapes 200g from D-Mart @ Shardhha Park - Rajkot Gujarat,
1) It's too sweet & Very fluffy.
2) The black grapes are colored.

Soaked in water for 4/5 hours, That color comes out of it.

My payment is not yet refunded.
On 15th April i paid my bill via Google pay but the QR code timed out.
So the employee told me to pay again and I'll be refunded the first payment within 72 hours.
But yet the payment is not refunded

Dmart, kalyani nagar charges price for a carry bag .It is wrong, because the laws say brands can't charge you for carry bags if their logo is printed on it
