Yesterday i visited dmart of malviya nagar jaipur and bought items worth rs 2993 ...money has been deducted from my account but i got no products as the staff members said upi server was down...but i didn't get any refund .
Please look into this matter urgently.

        Looking over record dont think my complain considered to be solved but to share that today i have purchased product whos MRP is 15 rs. Where as on bill it is 17 rs ( offer discount is also not considered) if we see big picture for 1 day in store how much money will generated on extra charged price. Secondly i have charged extra oil qty. cost when i notice they refund that amount .
        Generally havent checked in past but seems like we have to check everything henceforth.

        I have proof of it but due to size constraints can not able to upload

          For my order number 71229321, one item was not delivered for which delivery persons advised me to raise the query on app. I have raised the same on app as well as mailed the DMart customer care, however neither I received the resolution nor anyone from DMart contacted me. My mistake was that I paid online. Never pay online to them, only pay on delivery after checking all the items.

            I purchased a product from dmart, and I was not offered the discount which was mentioned on the product.

            They charged me ₹120 more than the offer price ( the MRP of Vaseline healthy bright body lotion spf 30 was ₹499 and the offer price was ₹299 but they charged me ₹419 ) and when i raised the issue the customer care assistant simply neglected it telling me that the price is atleast less than the MRP.

            I never expected such worst kind of service from dmart.

            So, it's a sincere request to refund me ₹120 which was overcharged than the discount amount which was mentioned on the product to ( A/C No- [protected], IFSC :- SBIN0002185 )

              I have order home needs on Wednesday it need to delivery by Thursday but the service person called me delivery in 30mins and after sometime I called back to him he told that there pack went in other vehicle, we deliver in 30mins after 1hr again I called back to him he said that oil bottel missing. He gave irrespective answers whole day after sometime got message we cannot deliver today. Later I called service center and raise the issue they said that they will resolve the issue and said they will intimate me but no response. Friday I waited for half day and called to service person no response then called to service center again they saying 1 more day it will take to deliver the products. See how they are palying with customers please consider this as request and take action on this my order number Shipment#[protected].

                I have been following up on 2 complaints(CMS[protected], CMS[protected]) since last 1 month in store and even through mails and no one responds and clarifies as to what are DMart policies.
                May I please suggest correcting recurring technical issues please ? No one gets into details and responds

                I have not heard from any one from Mulund Store and bluntly they themselves say nothing can be done. I made a purchase from DMart on 12/6/2022, it was observed in Video recording that the product was Swipped and a clean exit was given to me on 12/6/2022. Very next day I visited DMart for an exchange of product f, where the exchange department refused to take the product as they couldn't trace the product entry in Bill. I insisted on checking if the product had some duplicate entry with another product where Mr Diagmaber Spare of Mulund west branch took the product and requested me to wait. I waited in the store for almost 2 hours and then Mr Sapre misplaced the returned product and said sorry Mam its our mistake we swiped the product but the amount has not been added in the bill. As per DMart’s policy we refund the amount but not return and towards which we will file a complaint. This was a smart way of getting the product back in-house and raising our hands saying now nothing can be done as you highlighted our mistake and now you pay for it . There is no clear policy and I followed up multiple times to understand what are actual DMart policies as every now and then DMart’s technical issues are found either by duplicate Swipes or product getting Swipped and count mismatch. I ended up waiting, wasting and bearing extra travel cost for this exchange where no resolution has come till date and DMart Mulund’s executives bluntly say please file a complaint by taking our names as they know nothing will happen from DMart side.

                Please either correct your technical issues and don’t make customers accountable to bear extra travel costs for your issues. I hope DMart will work on this and take necessary action on clarifying what are DMart’s policies where they are found faulty.

                I am thankful to this forum, I received call from Mulund West's DMart store and they refunded the amount.

                  I have ordered glossaries through Dmart Ready and after marking me to wait almost 48 hours, said they cant deliver it on time and asking me to wait another day. Hope this not the right way to treat a customer and they are making customer fool by false promise like they will deliver it in the timeslot given. It was great humiliation to me and the general customers. for the refund, have to wait for 5 working days. Now, dont have money to buy the product from other vendors too. Please treat this on a priority basis and get compensation for the waiting period and the humilation it caused

                    I did shopping from DMart Outlet in Indore of worth Rs 2928. However, in one of the product (NIVEA POWERFRUIT) in DMart store was displayed has BUY 1 GET 1 FREE. After reaching home, i saw that i was charged for both the units of NIVEA POWERFRUIT and BUY 1 GET 1 OFFER was not applied in the bill. I tried to reach out to DMart Indore Outlet and they told me that they mistakenly wrote this offer and it was applicable. Now, i purchased this product only because there was offer applicable .

I want buy any items then last i buy AMUL ICE CREAM Brick and I ask your Staff Please give me One Small carry bag because ice cream is melting After Your Department Manager Sandeep was told me I don't give u carry bag because company not allowed carry bag he told me you don't buy ice cream brick otherwise and misbehave word and attitude level show me and i again say brother I need carry bag because ice cream is melting over your store is dirty with melting ice cream and my bag but Sandeep manger saying no I have limited carry bags then I don't buy ice cream and I coming billing counter. Please i humbly request to you please change the manager other your store is big loss for this person because this is problem facing with me and next time or other person and day by day you losing customers if any query call me below this number i discussed with all matter with you

                            This is totally pathetic. Yesterday i bought Karachi biscuits from Hinjwadi dmart location. Today morning i open the seal of the packet and i saw all biscuit are broken already. This shows you guys just give discount intentionally to sell the defected product. This is totally rubbish and horrible.

                              I have bought big size umbrella from dmart Ravet Pune 412101 branch on 28 June 2022
                              The umbrella cost me Rs 500 /-.

                              The umbrella turned out to be defective when we opened it at home, all its support string made up of low quality plastic material broke.

                              The new umbrella is no more usable at this stage.

                              The most disappointing moment when i asked dmart customer care to accept return of defective product and give me replacement or refund.

                              It was quite unfortunate to see that dmart supervisors did not listen to my problem neither replaced defective piece.
                              This despite submitting product with barcode and bill.

                              One of the supervisor at Ravet branch behaved quite arrogantly and said do whatever you can we will not replace umbrella.

                                In Barnala Dmart, continuously 2 times in my pregnancy condition I suffer mismanagement from staff during billing they use to told me that we are closing a counter and going to start next one but even though customer who are after me in queue use to get there billing from same counter which one they told me they going to close and refuse me to do billing so is their is any priority to people who use to argue with ur staff get there billing from closing counters? and they donot give priority to even pregnant ones? What a customer dealing u have ?

                                  My order id is 65593536 dt. 19th June. I received the wrong design o[censored]mbrella. I immediately called customer care and lodged a compliant. After multiple calls and email, none of your customer service people understand the problems at hand.

                                  The product i ordered is Penelope 12 as per the design shown on Dmart ready website. I received a wrong design with the same product name which is actually Penelope 3 as per Dmart ready app.

                                  I[censored] point this out am getting varied answers like take a refund, order again, product is from Dmart ready which is different from the Dmart store, product isn't available, u got the product which has correct tag as per invoice so it is correct, we can't see the email you sent with pictures as we don't have access...etc etc.

                                  Like is it so difficult for your team to see that all their questions to me have answers with them. If product isn't available why is it showing in app?
                                  If the product has tag according to invoice then why is it that the design doesnt match?i obviously ordered according to the design not your product tag.

                                  Such a simple thing and your team is failing to replace it properly with the correct design as per the design shown in your application itself. Which customer care doesn't have access to emails of customers to check their complaint? This is the first time.i am hearing a team being so lacking in their customer service attitude for such a big chain which actually depends on customer satisfaction.

                                  I was asked to go to the pickup point 3 times by your customer care staff. They gave me a replacement which is also attached in the images provided.

                                  I want the right product as per the picture in your Dmart ready app. Why is such simple complaint is not resolved by your team?

                                  The issue was not corrected by Dmart team at the time. I just returned the product as the company customer service has not taken any steps at the time to resolve the issue. Hence, i returned the product so the complaint was automatically closed as resolved but the issue was not corrected at all at the time
                                  After all this while, there is no effort from your team to correct mistakes in the Dmart ready app. I have hence returned the product last Wednesday at the pickup point and i am yet to receive a refund of 319 for the same.
                                  For such a big company, the delay in providing a satisfactory resolution is appalling.

They said payment is timeout so tried with my 2 bank account and payment is successful. After 30/40 mins I know that my money is also deducted from my 1st bank account. Please do something.

                                      I visited D-Mart ar boiser today on date 01/07/2022 and bought food material of worth RS. 2596.63.
                                      But the material like sugar, groundnut, poha and groundnut like items are packed in paper bags which are not resistant on material pressure and water. This all food ingredients are get mixed and wet due to rain.
                                      If everyone issued bill amount then why we loss at our costumer end.
                                      Request you to replace my material or pay my bill return.
