We regularly visit dmart store godarigunta Kakinada, we bought items worth 3785 rupees in[protected].25 p.m. while placing the items we noticed 1 elachi sachet worth 42 rupees is missing at the counter (we added 2 but noticed only one while placing the items into our queue after the bill). As there is more crowded, we went out and cross checked for the item, returned to the counter and asked at the counter. But, the staff has not given proper response. They are saying other customer has taken the sachet. How come they allow other customer to take it even after noticing it is not bought by that customer? Please check CC Tv footage and resolve it.
