I have bought few things in Dmart. They have charged 18rs for carry bag. This charge is very high. And Can you please take necessary action against it.

      Hai sir/madam
      Sorry for the inconvenience.
      I purchased some items for my home at may 11 2022 at 8.09 pm in Dmart, Hosur.
      They billed Rs. 5660.41 for purchased items and I payed the same amount through Google pay. The transaction was completed and amount will be debited immediately in my account.
      The counter person says we didn't receive the money after some follow up they still say didn't recieve and they didn't gave any items what i have purchased.
      I contact the bank manager directly and asked about the transaction about this.
      The bank statement said the money was debited and credited to recipient's account.
      Now requested to return back my money immediately otherwise i try to make complaint on other type.

          I had order the monthly groceries for the April month and paid Rs 3434 by card at the time of delivery . I returned one of the product as it was expired which was worth around Rs 680.
          They are telling they have given me refund by the hand of delivery guy at the time of return pickup which didnt happened. They telling stories instead giving the refunds to me ..Please look into the matter.They are cheating customer #Online Shopping #...

                I have visited d mart moshi branch today 01/05/2022, I have done my shoping billing is done while going out on exit counter guy told me keep the basket down when I went in the parking no one was there I checked but no one available I took my car and came on the gate I was supposed to keep the basket but back side there is rush today Sunday hence rush was there, I tred to park my car but same time d mart moshi guys came to my car and started shouting on me use bad word. Why he has to use bad word when there is no proper guidance.. I need call back from the guy who was there on the gate... I want him to appolozise. If you can check my car no. Check CCtv camera I was looking for support but no one was available in parking my car no is MH14 JM 4641. Please check and investigate who is guilty ... If I am guilty I am ready to be fined...                   Mother Dairy Live Lite Milk is not available in Dairy Milk Racks for the customer to pick up even as late as 9.20 AM while items are available in the Store delivered by the Vendor well before 7.00 am.Today on Apr 30th also this Millk is not available even at 9.20 am while item has arrived at store before 7.00 am. It is taking more than 2 hours to move the item 500 mts from store to the racks. I have complained many times to Kharghar Store Customer care at [protected] but still the issue is not resolved. Same issue happened on Apr 10th 9.00 am also and I complained to same customer care. but issue is not getting resolved. Please help to fix this problem permenantly so that the item is available on racks when the customer is walking to store to purchase it.

                      Hello,
                      I did shopping from Lal kothi dmart store, the MRP of Meggie was 24 on the product but at the billing time they marked 27 Rs as MRP
                      And after discount it was 25.32 Rs which was still higher than actual MRP

                      When I make a complaint against it, the staff ask to communicate with me
                      But I haven't received any call from the store manager.
                      So now I will have to take help from Consumer court.

                        We have purchased before 15/20days Mahafruit - Black grapes 200g from D-Mart @ Shardhha Park - Rajkot Gujarat,
                        1) It's too sweet & Very fluffy.
                        2) The black grapes are colored.

                        Soaked in water for 4/5 hours, That color comes out of it.

They refuse to send me an email request but speak telephonically making such an absurd demand. This is completely unethical.
