निषेध ग्राहक दिना दिवशी डी मार्ट पद्मावती सातारारोड चा मी जाहीर निषेध करतो मी 10 मार्च रोजी सकाळी डी मार्ट सातारा रोड पद्मावती येथे शॉपिंग केली होती मी शॉपिंग केलेले बिल ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने डी-मार्ट अकाऊंट ला ट्रान्सफर केले होते तरीदेखील तेथील मूर्ख सुपरवायझर व मॅनेजर यांनी ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने बिल केले असताना देखील मी खरेदी केलेले सामान घेऊ दिले नाही व माझ्याबरोबर हुज्जत घातली माझा सकाळचा वेळ वाया गेला तसेच शॉपिंग केलेली घेऊ दिले नाही व माझे अकाउंट मधून डी-मार्ट अकाउंट ला गेलेले पैसे रिफंड केले गेले नाहीत माझी तेथील विचारला विनंती आहे की आपण त्या सुपरवायझर व मॅनेजर वर योग्य प्रकारे कारवाई करावी व कॅ पे बल असे मॅनेजर व सुपरवायझर ठेवावेत मी वारंवार तक्रार करून देखील डी-मार्ट व्यवस्थापनाने कुठलीही दखल घेतली गेली नाही म्हणून मी डी मार्ट प्रशासनाचा निषेध करत आहे

we bought pigeon cookware set at sanath nagar hyderabad on 23/11/2021
it is under 1year warrenty while buying i check with one of the executive regarding induction supported, whether it is guarantee or warrenty add on some details while discussing the details dmart executive committed saying that if any issues "please bring to their branch their service centre people will take care"

Now the pan and kadai in the cookware set having issue that nonstick coat is getting peeled off and bottom plate got sticked out

today when i went to dmart sanath nagar branch they have changed their words and saying that who is the executive told you like that "identify her can you show her why they will like that" totally discussion was not fruitfull and no respect and irresponsible behaviour faced from the staff.

we left our cookware set in the store and came back

please look in to the issue

Today (13/03/2022) I had visited the Plama Heights, 4, 1st Main Rd, Hennur Bande, HBR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043 Dmart India. While I was at the cash counter billing my products (it may be around 11:20 a.m.), this staff called as MANJU B (she) at the cash counter, acted very rude to us and showed faces which made us really upset. There wasn't any big mistake on us but the staff could have handled the issue patiently. It was just a problem of misunderstanding as there were many people at the cash counter...this issue has to taken action of or this would hurt many customers in the future...

Lately I am experiencing very poor level of customer service from dmart Mulund where there are limited counters open for checkouts even during peak hours. When enquired with the manager he mentions to have only limited staff being sanctioned..this has created a lot of mess with long queues for checkouts alongwith our toddlers.

My order no. Is 1522653, it is supposed to deliver on 4 march 2022. It is oit for delivery from 4 march 2022, still it is not reached at pickup point in raj shivam, dahisar east. I daily called customer service but there is no positive feedback from there side. They are not cancelled my order neither giving my order.

They are doing scam forging with the customers by selling the product in higher price
ENERGY MAX OIL 1LT-MRP=145 and DMARTPRICE-150
They are also not selling the oils more than 5 litres
as my household need is more than 8 litres my told them
they agrued. I am attaching the bill and product with this

Store is fully loaded with staff but Many counter staffs r also not available on peak hours also at loose grains packing nd oil sections but these ppl r doing timepass by standing with each other
Even senior staffs r also doing time pass in der phone so wt we will expect from juniors, customers r waiting in big queues for der numbers to come in loose grains weighted
Management pls see in cameras nd do d needful process
I hv seen other suburb dmarts staffs r working very nicely with efforts
But this store is pathetic
Staff name SAMEER didn’t help me nd refused without any proper reason, pls get fired this kind of irresponsible person immediately.

I VINY VIKRAM DAVE have purchased grocery items from your DMart Hoshangabad road Mall worth rupees 2190/- which I tried to pay by my karnataka bank debit card but swiping machine shows payment failure multiple times. Then mall employee suggest to pay by UPI paytm for that I reduced my billing item and payed 1971/- rupees by Paytm which was successfully paid.
But after sometime the amount of 2190/- was shown in my account deducted. This incident took place 24hrs ago but amount is not yet refunded in my account.

I was about to purchase grocery items from DMart bhopal Hoshangabad worth 2190/- from Karnataka bank debit card and they declined this payment so I payed by reducing my bill payment upto about 1971/- and payed by paytm.
But after that the payment of 2190/- was also showing deducted from my account

Giving prestige Kettle for repair for more than a month in D Mart as per suggestion by Prestige Service centre after one month D MArt official says you will get refund of amount but on visit to dmart again after 3 times Mr. Kiran D MArt Boisar say it will be repaired and given now from last 3 days he is not answering call. please help

lastly i went to some purchase at moosapet Dmart i bought shreeja cheers badam drink that was spoiled still selling it, i dunked a little and got infected with cough and cold later
i said the same to customer care at moosapet Dmart but none take and action or no one gave feedback

It's very pathetic situation at Dmart Tirupati branch @ karakambadi road. Pl. Find the enclosed bill. Dmart need to streamline the process of selling Ice Creams. After the ice cream item billing my kid wants to have it in one of the corner and your Dmart team member Mr. Rajesh denied to have it inside the mall. I told him to move outside and have it as it is perishable item. And your staff treating my kids as Thieves inspite of telling them that items are billed.

It seems your staff member Mr. Rajesh is very rude and he is the culprit followed by series of your team members who encouraged it. Vigesh (introduced as Manager by Mr. Rajesh), Revathi (Security) and Manager Ram Kumar (discussed with me while I am leaving). One will be looking at friendly atmosphere and close customer relation for business to grow. This kind of rude way and inappropriate behaviour will not help the business. If you have such restrictions of eating ice creams even in one of the corner, then better don't sell the ice creams inside. So that childern don't even get attracted. Hope you will take necessary action towards this and communicate me on the action taken against this incident. Hope to see your reply at the earliest.

In salem omalur road dmart there is no option for buy like a bundle products.[protected] I went for buy a yukult 12 pieces on billing section they are ask (For what purpose you are buying? ) This is a right way to ask a question to the customer. And also telling we can't give a bundle product. Incharge people giving not a proper answer. In was buy a same product in Bangalore also they didn't ask anything.

We had purchased items from d mart Daman on 8 September, 2021. However I find that my account has been debited twice for the same bill for Rs. 727 and rs. 726. Therefore I request you to check your records and let me know how to claim the refund amount asap.

I have visited the D-Mart located in Ramchandrapuram Hyderabad. I bought one MAMYPOKO PANTS pack which is having price is 820, But they charged the 1640. So, we checked quantity mentioned as 2. I did notice this only after reaching home when I crosschecked.

As I buy some Biscuits and another house hold products at DMart Bilimora Gujarat 396321 and after paid bill I go for exit with my family than that Women Employee at Exit gate who only do exit stamp on Invoice do very bady and rude behaviour with me and my family.
That women is I think uneducated because she not speak politly. She even not know the how to communicate with customers.
Please check all employees of education at DMart Bilimora Gujarat 396321.
All employees of DMart Bilimora Gujarat 396321 think they are the owener of Avanue Super Market not Radhakrishnan Damani.

The lady staff (Sujata) did not allow me to take shopping bag inside the shop even when I requested her to lock the bag with the plastic lock system (available with her) whereas simultaneously she allowed other customers to take locked bag inside inside the shop.

(Her reasoning was that if there is a laptop inside only then she can accept my request)

However I had to pick out certain valuable items from inside the bag and give it to her for keeping the same.

This dual policy has caused an inconvenience.

I had made a purchase of Whiskas kitten food for which was charged alongwith the purchase of other items. The cost of the item was Rs.348/-, which was deducted from my account twice, and the quantity of item given to me was only 12 pcs. The order number to this item was 49713545.

Some days earlier when I was going through my SB account passbook for certain verifications, I noticed the discrepancy of...

We have purchased loose sugar from Chandivili, Mumbai Dmart in last month while using it we found some issues like milk was spoiling and taste of food change sometimes. We didn't suspect on sugar as we thought it could be milk issue. On one occasion my nephew said sugar taste is bitter also sugar found to be clotting. I have personally tasted and found that it's acididic in taste specifically like sulphuric acid. This need to take of immediately as can cause health problems to large number of consumer.
