Giving prestige Kettle for repair for more than a month in D Mart as per suggestion by Prestige Service centre after one month D MArt official says you will get refund of amount but on visit to dmart again after 3 times Mr. Kiran D MArt Boisar say it will be repaired and given now from last 3 days he is not answering call. please help

    lastly i went to some purchase at moosapet Dmart i bought shreeja cheers badam drink that was spoiled still selling it, i dunked a little and got infected with cough and cold later
    i said the same to customer care at moosapet Dmart but none take and action or no one gave feedback

      Hi

      It's very pathetic situation at Dmart Tirupati branch @ karakambadi road. Pl. Find the enclosed bill. Dmart need to streamline the process of selling Ice Creams. After the ice cream item billing my kid wants to have it in one of the corner and your Dmart team member Mr. Rajesh denied to have it inside the mall. I told him to move outside and have it as it is perishable item. And your staff treating my kids as Thieves inspite of telling them that items are billed.

      It seems your staff member Mr. Rajesh is very rude and he is the culprit followed by series of your team members who encouraged it. Vigesh (introduced as Manager by Mr. Rajesh), Revathi (Security) and Manager Ram Kumar (discussed with me while I am leaving). One will be looking at friendly atmosphere and close customer relation for business to grow. This kind of rude way and inappropriate behaviour will not help the business. If you have such restrictions of eating ice creams even in one of the corner, then better don't sell the ice creams inside. So that childern don't even get attracted. Hope you will take necessary action towards this and communicate me on the action taken against this incident. Hope to see your reply at the earliest.

        Hi,
        In salem omalur road dmart there is no option for buy like a bundle products.[protected] I went for buy a yukult 12 pieces on billing section they are ask (For what purpose you are buying? ) This is a right way to ask a question to the customer. And also telling we can't give a bundle product. Incharge people giving not a proper answer. In was buy a same product in Bangalore also they didn't ask anything.

          We had purchased items from d mart Daman on 8 September, 2021. However I find that my account has been debited twice for the same bill for Rs. 727 and rs. 726. Therefore I request you to check your records and let me know how to claim the refund amount asap.

            Complaint about bill--wrong bill

            Address: DMART RAMCHNDRAPURAM Survey no:107, 109/AA Adjecent to Balaji Gardens, Medak district Hyderabad 502302

            I have visited the D-Mart located in Ramchandrapuram Hyderabad. I bought one MAMYPOKO PANTS pack which is having price is 820, But they charged the 1640. So, we checked quantity mentioned as 2. I did notice this only after reaching home when I crosschecked.
            Bill is attached.

            Please help on this.

            As I buy some Biscuits and another house hold products at DMart Bilimora Gujarat 396321 and after paid bill I go for exit with my family than that Women Employee at Exit gate who only do exit stamp on Invoice do very bady and rude behaviour with me and my family.
            That women is I think uneducated because she not speak politly. She even not know the how to communicate with customers.
            Please check all employees of education at DMart Bilimora Gujarat 396321.
            All employees of DMart Bilimora Gujarat 396321 think they are the owener of Avanue Super Market not Radhakrishnan Damani.

              The lady staff (Sujata) did not allow me to take shopping bag inside the shop even when I requested her to lock the bag with the plastic lock system (available with her) whereas simultaneously she allowed other customers to take locked bag inside inside the shop.

              (Her reasoning was that if there is a laptop inside only then she can accept my request)

              However I had to pick out certain valuable items from inside the bag and give it to her for keeping the same.

              This dual policy has caused an inconvenience.

                Double payment charged for the same item which has already been paid

                Dear sir / madam,
                I had made a purchase of Whiskas kitten food for which was charged alongwith the purchase of other items. The cost of the item was Rs.348/-, which was deducted from my account twice, and the quantity of item given to me was only 12 pcs. The order number to this item was 49713545.

                We have purchased loose sugar from Chandivili, Mumbai Dmart in last month while using it we found some issues like milk was spoiling and taste of food change sometimes. We didn't suspect on sugar as we thought it could be milk issue. On one occasion my nephew said sugar taste is bitter also sugar found to be clotting. I have personally tasted and found that it's acididic in taste specifically like sulphuric acid. This need to take of immediately as can cause health problems to large number of consumer.

                    I bought 2 mosquito bats from DMart. I was in a hurry so I got the items billed and left.
                    After reaching home when I checked, one of the bat's was crushed.

                    Next day I went to DMart to get it replaced or refunded. So I asked the manager why the mosquito bat wasn't checked before giving me. He said that they were busy so they didn't check it.

                    And then the manager argues that I crushed it after purchasing! Why will I crush something I bought?

                    While billing, the cashier was throwing our products. It is possible that she threw a water bottle on the bat.

                    It is easy these days to blame on the consumer. He kept saying that we crushed the mosquito bat!

                    Is it not their responsibility to sell us good products?

                        I had visited to Dmart, Siddapura, Whitefield, Bengaluru, on 31st Oct 2021 & shopped at Dmart . I tried paying through Google pay and my money got debited from my account. But the person at bill counter asked me to repay the payment again, as the transaction was shown as times out.
                        I have emailed the customer support of Dmart and also raised complaints on different complaint centres but no response from them

                        Please refund my money back (paid through Google pay ) as I have already paid for it twice.

                        I have attached both the receipts and my gpay transaction details for your reference.

                          My order number is 55831342 and got delivered on Friday (7th Jan) but in that 5 items were missing. I complaint against it and I received the delivery yesterday (12th Jan). Yesterday I received the pending order but in that also still one item is pending. I don’t understand who is that dumb person who is handling the order please immediately change that person as he is incapable of doing this simple clerical job. I want either refund or the product immediately by tomorrow otherwise I will take this to higher authorities. I am seriously fed up with this pathetic service.
                          I have ordered 2 pears (4 x 125g) quantity but I received only one quantity.
                          I again complaint to Dmart yesterday but no response till now.

                            This is regarding the policy of DMART Safilguda Hyderabad and not the amount.
                            1. At the customer care I went for exchange of a product but they returned the amount instead, along with deducting Rs 1.00 for every Rs.100.00 and the reason they mentioned is that it is paid through card therefore the company policy is to refund with deductions
                            2. When I was at the billing counter the employee at the customer care came all the way to the billing section and talked with the cashier there in local language to give him Rs.1.00 as if it had no value. He was continuously saying this and mocking.
                            Suggestions: Do provide training to employees on how to behave with the customers.
