    Hi Sir,
    How do you sale this kind of waste product in DMart. How can we believe you in purchasing such products which are ready to be sold. Using this scissors product nothing is working. Can't even trim the mouch . I would like to upload a review into youtube saying that how negligence that you people are paying towards keeping the low quality products with your brand name.

      Please start providing small and lower quality carry bags for the customers who buy maximum 2 to 3 items at a time. It is very inconvenient to carry openly in hand, when we go unplanned to the mall to buy something.

      Please take care and upgrade.

          Sir, Dmart Anantapur Branch staff is non professional. They are arranging some reservation facility to some known customers. Customers who are in Queue are suffering to wait long time and staff is allowing/providing quick billing facility to some customers, by stopping the waiting customers. This is unfair.

          If you are providing some reservation for billing, it should be known to customers. Instead, you can arrange some VIP billing counter, to facilitate for staff and other VIP customers.

            I had visited to Dmart, Siddapura, Whitefield, Bengaluru, on 31st Oct 2021 & shopped at Dmart . I tried paying through Google pay and my money got debited from my account. But the person at bill counter asked me to repay the payment again, as the transaction was shown as times out.

            Please refund my money back (paid through Google pay ) as I have already paid for it twice.

            I have attached both the receipts and my gpay transaction details for your reference.

                      Had visited today dombivli bhopar dmart store, store timming was 6am to 12 but what the use of that when billing counters are not operated shopping time took 20-25 mins but for billing it took 1 hour and when contacted manager why the billing counters are not operated he said that there is no staff, if there is no staff then why are you opening store early, after getting to billing the billing person dosent know how to operate pos machine saying me that you card is not is use is this kind of staff kept in service industries

                        I have bought 4 packets of above product but the product seems to be very old so I checked the manufacturing date but date is of October only.
                        The company has put current manufacturing date for a stale product. All my other material is gone waste because of your product.
                        Request you to take action against the same and give compensation to me.

                        I bought half kg kaju katli of crave eatables from dmart kalyan but its taste is really bad and it seems old but mfg date is of last month hows it possible. It really tastes bad. My 300 rupees wasted.

                              We had purchased a 15liter Sweekar oil can on 17th oct and it was delivered on 18th october. the order was via dmart app. We saw on 25th oct that the carton has turned oily. and noticed oil underneath. we complaint on 25th and again on 26th as there were no calls from customer care. on 27th they called and said its beyond 7 day policy. if the product was received on 18th, 7th day falls on 25th oct. They are not ready to replace the Can.

                                    On 23/07/2021 I visited Dmart store at, Nanded City Rd, Nanded City, Nanded, Pune, Maharashtra 411041around 18:00 to 20:00.
                                    I purchased Items of Rs. 1352.40 and while doing payment with my google pay account with upi ID [protected]@okicici, I did not get confirmation message due to network issue but payment got successful. UPI transaction ID for the same is[protected].

                                    My husband Ganesh Ingale carried out payment using his credit card No. [protected] with transaction ID [protected].

                                    Can you please look into this as for one bill similar amount deducted twice.

                                    Hope to get solution for this issue.

                                      I purchased at D Mart at Patiala, Punjab. They charged me rs.16 for single carry bag. I asked them that in all the shops they are not charging for bag. But they told its their rule to charge and customers are supposed to bring the bag. They charged rs.16.00 for carry bag and has billed it too. Is it not the stores responsibility to offer a carry back when we purchase goods from them?
