Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I placed order on 7th Oct order no[protected] for total amount of Rs- 7302/- paid by Google pay for home delivery and I was given delivery date of 10th Oct between 7.00am to 9.30 am, today on 10th Oct at 00.14 am I received message that from that order Fortune aata is not available, What is this ?? Do you think I am fool to pay in advance and Dmart cancels the product saying dnt have in stock, I am really disappointed by this, Even same thing happened last time last month I ordered packed basmati rice and when opened it was some normal rice, how can you fool people and your customer service sucks they don't have customer service skills how to tackle the customers complaint.
This is not acceptable it's festival season Dmart should be well prepared with the stock, I after paying Dmart sends message they don't have particular product in stock, I am sorry i will not accept this, I need compensation bor I will file a legal case against this matter in consumer court, My brother is advocate High court Mumbai, This is very annoying.
I hope some decision maker person looks into this matter and call me.
