We had purchased a 15liter Sweekar oil can on 17th oct and it was delivered on 18th october. the order was via dmart app. We saw on 25th oct that the carton has turned oily. and noticed oil underneath. we complaint on 25th and again on 26th as there were no calls from customer care. on 27th they called and said its beyond 7 day policy. if the product was received on 18th, 7th day falls on 25th oct. They are not ready to replace the Can.

      I purchased this 1leter thermos about 6 months back, I do not have the bill, but the thermos is spoiled now, it doesn't even hold the hot water for 1 hour, I feel like I am cheated by D-Mart

        Dear Sir,

        On 23/07/2021 I visited Dmart store at, Nanded City Rd, Nanded City, Nanded, Pune, Maharashtra 411041around 18:00 to 20:00.
        I purchased Items of Rs. 1352.40 and while doing payment with my google pay account with upi ID [protected]@okicici, I did not get confirmation message due to network issue but payment got successful. UPI transaction ID for the same is[protected].

        My husband Ganesh Ingale carried out payment using his credit card No. [protected] with transaction ID [protected].

        Can you please look into this as for one bill similar amount deducted twice.

        Hope to get solution for this issue.

          I purchased at D Mart at Patiala, Punjab. They charged me rs.16 for single carry bag. I asked them that in all the shops they are not charging for bag. But they told its their rule to charge and customers are supposed to bring the bag. They charged rs.16.00 for carry bag and has billed it too. Is it not the stores responsibility to offer a carry back when we purchase goods from them?

              Why Dmart is charging extra for carrybag. Despite being fined recently for this act but it still charging 16/- for a carry bag and even more for big bag. When I asked about it, the Dmart men were rude. I request you to please look into this issue.

                This is to inform you that I placed order on 7th Oct order no[protected] for total amount of Rs- 7302/- paid by Google pay for home delivery and I was given delivery date of 10th Oct between 7.00am to 9.30 am, today on 10th Oct at 00.14 am I received message that from that order Fortune aata is not available, What is this ?? Do you think I am fool to pay in advance and Dmart cancels the product saying dnt have in stock, I am really disappointed by this, Even same thing happened last time last month I ordered packed basmati rice and when opened it was some normal rice, how can you fool people and your customer service sucks they don't have customer service skills how to tackle the customers complaint.

                This is not acceptable it's festival season Dmart should be well prepared with the stock, I after paying Dmart sends message they don't have particular product in stock, I am sorry i will not accept this, I need compensation bor I will file a legal case against this matter in consumer court, My brother is advocate High court Mumbai, This is very annoying.

                I hope some decision maker person looks into this matter and call me.

                      Bangalore Devegowda Petrol bunk DMART store - Thugs are employed as managers. They manhandle customers, push and pull them. It is unprofessional behaviour. They are just focussing on increasing sales and everything else is secondary. The staff is rude and do not care. Women and children are unsafe. I can say if this continues, it will make national headlines soon. you may want to check police compliants against dmart stores in bangalore.

                                    The rules are charged as they feel good, how can a family with kid keep kid outside and go? In Bangalore all marts like Vishal mart, Metro wholesale, many more everywhere no such rule, only in d mart such waste rules govt itself removed all such rules..very horrible to face no entry at the shop, if any such rule please display it in the entrance or give advertisement in news paper in advance..very bad behaviour of security to customers.

                                      Yesterday I brought a dress for my daughter from DMART Moshi Pune. The dress not fit to my daughter due to size issue and at that time there was so much rain so I lost my Dmart receipt.

                                      But next day when i went to refund they are arguing that compulsory they want Dmart reciept. I am showing the bank statement in that it is cleary mention the transaction was done on DMART account.

                                      But they refuse to refund amount saying that they want invoice

                                        I had purchased shelled walnuts from your sec 20 panchkula peer mushalla store and that too of your self brand packed packet of 1kg, but while eating, I found deadly insect in it which could have take away my life if I could have not seen them before eating along with those walnuts and still if something goes wrong with me then Dmart is only responsible for that by all means as I being the one who hold family responsibilities.
