I have been following up with smart from last 20days for refund of ky money which done via barcode scan pay, by mistakenly double payment was done.
No one has ever turned up or even bothered to call back addressing my concern.
Very bad service, I have been shopping from smart since more than a decade, but now I have to opt for alternative.
Pls call back or refund my money or else I will approach to cosumer court., As I do have all recordings of dnart customer care .
D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
