I made a purchase of 5000 and tried gpay mode of payment. However staff mentioned that the servers were down and hence the payment would not be processed. Hence, we made a cash payment. Later, the initial gpay payment was also deducted from my account! I have paid 10000 instead of 5000! Please arrange for my refund!

        Dmart Miyapur opposite of RV Dharmista building is a total messy place.
        I don't understand why is it like that with so many staff.
        Shortage off trolleys, misbehavior of staff and system errors when there's a huge line waiting to reach the billing counter.
        It's frustrating and irritating too.
        It's high time that you think about this one.
        Also do focus on crowd management in the times of Covid, which should be monitored. No sanitization is followed, no distancing. Please work on your quality of service.

          Hadapsar Dmart open time is not fix, It will be open as per his convince not think about customer prospective. Need to fix the time. Sometimes open on 5am sometimes 6am sometimes 7am. Employees are not behavior is not good at all... They are behaving like opener of Dmart.

                  When you don't offer a service please don't put the hoarding or signboards, On Aug 19, 2021, you were accepting the UPI payments, today I was standing in the queue for 1 hour where the signboard shows accepting UPI payments, but when the billing is done and in the payment process how can you say we are not accepting UPI payments. The worst part is suggesting ask some other customer to pay your bill and pay to them. Do you guys think customers are dumb and you can play around. I wonder what kind of customer service you offer.

                      Purchased Crave Eatables Bachubhai's Kaju Katli on Buy One Get One from Dmart Bhayandar West, but when reached home and cross checked the bill MRP printed on the Box is Rs 550/-[Dt of Packaging & Batch no. 12/08 /2021 (CKVLO)], where as we have been billed for Rs 598/-(Bill no.[protected]

                        Dear sir, the parking facility for bike is at back of the store in hosur branch that too in underground which was very steep to go in and not safe enough, as physically disabled person its not safe to go to underground for parking in this corona pandemic no ventilation also. SOLUTION : Atleast divide the parking facility in front of the store by half for cars and half for bikes in open space...thanking you.

                          from last three days i am suffering food poisoning due to cofee which i buy from badlapur west store. because of that contineous fever and Pitta itching scratches on whole body . which is due to outdated coffee as its last date of consumption is may 2021. who is responsible for my pain and loss.                             We purchased mosquito bat on 31 july 2021 ..bill number[protected]_005283 ..we took bat and looking for product check in the department on that tym we didn't find any staff on the floor..and someone suggested us that they r going to check at the tym of billing..die to heavy crowd thay didn't do checking..we came to home and checked bat on 10 th of aug
                            ..it was not at all working..so we called customer care of sarjapur store we didn't get proper response from both depertment manager and customer care executive..looks very pathetic..and we r regular customer we shop more then 5k everymonth..

                              I want to given complaint against order no. 41002707 which I booked on 5th August 2021 and which was supposed to deliver on 8th August but Dmart failed to deliver on that day. Next Day around 1220 PM Dmart delivery person came but he also delivered only 21 items out of 29. 8 items still not delivered. In these 2 days I called Dmart customer care / delivery person around 6 to 7 times. But no action taken from Dmart customer care service. 2days passed after giving complaint but still I didn't get my remaining order yet.very very pathetic service.

                              Just by mentioning resolved it's not get actually resolved, for that you have to take necessary action which you people are not taking. I am following with your customer service from last 3 days but no action taken yet.

                                Sir I purchased grocery items for Rs.659/-. on 08.08.2021 through POS transaction at DINDIGUL branch. First i swiped canara bank debit card but POS machine showed transaction declined. After that i used another SBI debit card to swipe, transaction successful and amount Rs.659/- also debited from my SBI account. Meanwhile first swiped canara bank debit card also amount Rs.659/-deducted and received message to my mobile.kindly arrange to refund the excess debited Rs.659/- to me

                                  I have been following up with smart from last 20days for refund of ky money which done via barcode scan pay, by mistakenly double payment was done.

                                  No one has ever turned up or even bothered to call back addressing my concern.

                                  Very bad service, I have been shopping from smart since more than a decade, but now I have to opt for alternative.

                                  Pls call back or refund my money or else I will approach to cosumer court., As I do have all recordings of dnart customer care .

                                    We have purchased Sunpure sunflower oil at Nallagandla DMart Hyderabad-500019 Telangana, as per said product has been showing 726/-Rs, billing has been updated 805/-Rs. Discussed with concern d-mart team said it's not a billing mistake, it's bar code mistake and they told it's not yet changed price code board, We have not satisfied concerns please re-solve the same and further clarification.
