I undersign purchase kirana from D mart Virar and while doing payment on counter told to do redeem points from my credit card. Instead of redemption of points the Dmart office boy wipe my credit card and payment deducted from my credit card balance and charge are applied.

The matter raise with manager and explain the story. The manager rudely tell me that there is no option for redemption of points in D mart.br...

I have visited Dmart Mulund few minutes back, and shocking to see that many employees and customers not following protocol. Neither employees nor customers wearing mask, and there was no precautionary warning or announcement during my stay.

Hi support, I visited the DMart madhurwada for the very first time, when bought full list of items.
