    On the order no: 33080705, the McCain French Fries (750 gm) was not delivered.

    The counting was not even matching of the items for the first time & the delivery guy did not count the other crate the second time. Care should have been taken and all the items should have been checked before delivering.

    We immediately contacted the delivery person & we were told to call the customer care who did not answer for almost 2 hours now.

    Kindly refund the money. We paid Rs. 155 while ordering.

      Good Day..!!

      Kind find above attachment, the above mentioned "GROCERY ITEMS" being booked online by my younger daughter through her mobile on 11.05.2021.

      The billing amount was Rs.9263/- being paid by my her father ( Umesh Kashyap) Axis Bank Debit Card, but due to cancellation of above mentioned deal as well your refund intimation, still the refund amount has not been credited in my account.

      As per message your PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT NO : 32865731

      Request to look into it and revert on urgent basis please.

        My first online dmart order was delivered today. When i cross checked the bill with the items, i came to know 1) 500 g cashew is missing
        2)mask (3n) only 2 number was there.
        Below is my order details,

        Order date: 09/05/21
        Delivery date: 12/05/21
        Payment mode: PRE-PAID

        Missing items:
        [protected] premium kaju 500gm
        [protected] safari g sport mask 14 set of 3 pc astrd (open and damaged product 1 /3 pc is missing)

        If you could take some immediate action and help me on this missing items, it would be appreciated as with first delivery, the online shopping experience is very bitter full with missing items.

          Dear Sir / Ma'am,

          This with regards to the Dmart outlet in Chhedanagar.
          The mobile number for the outlet is continuously either switched off or not reachable.
          The staff at the Chhedanagar outlet are totally rude and not customer friendly at all.
          They are never willing to assist or comply with anything at any given point of time.
          During this time of the pandemic crisis they should be ever willing to help and oblige as and when possible.
          At times because of the lockdown and the covid fear I send the neighborhood shopkeeper to purchase Groceries for me, but they are refused the same.
          Why should they be refused when they are paying for the same.
          Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                My bank statements show the amount deducted as well and there is no reverse transaction that I see.

                      I have placed an order on 8th May pay and the amount and paid through netbanking . The amount got deducted from my bank but the order dint get placed. I also tried connecting with the customer care and dropped an email but no response so far.

                      Actually I made payment by debit card. Cashier told me that payment is failed. So make again payment, so I do it.
                      After coming home I received email that first payment also successful. So I paid 2 times. Please help me how to get my first bill payment. Kindly help me.

                          Hi,

                          I have placed order on 30th May 2021, which was expected to deliver by 2nd May 2021. I have not yet got the delivery of the same. Order No. 31625502

                          I even don't have an option of cancellation of order, neither anyone answer your customer service number.

                          Luckily once got connected to customer service number on 5th May, where I have got reply, that the order will be deliver by end of day, but eventually got message in the evening that there will be delay in delivery.

                          Pls look in to this urgently or update the status of delivery or atleast cancel the order & refund my money.

                              I ordered my groceries from Dmart Ready app and also made an online payment via net banking, the amount got deducted from the bank account but due to some reason in the app it's showing that my payment was unsuccessful, I even tried calling the customer care but there was no response!

The amount has been successfully debited from my account, however, it is showing as "payment failed" on your app.
                              Requesting you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, as it is, it's very difficult to find an empty slot for delivery on your app. Looking forward for a resolution asap.
