      Kindly revert back and help me either by refunding my money or placing my order.

      My bank statements show the amount deducted as well and there is no reverse transaction that I see.

            Order not delivered by Dmart and no refund

            Order no 30672511 was scheduled for 25th April, but they have not delivered it and cancelled it later. but i do not see a refund for the same yet. Nobody is replying on the follow up emails. Dmart is not initiating refund....

            I have placed an order on 8th May pay and the amount and paid through netbanking . The amount got deducted from my bank but the order dint get placed. I also tried connecting with the customer care and dropped an email but no response so far.

            Actually I made payment by debit card. Cashier told me that payment is failed. So make again payment, so I do it.
            After coming home I received email that first payment also successful. So I paid 2 times. Please help me how to get my first bill payment. Kindly help me.

                Hi,

                I have placed order on 30th May 2021, which was expected to deliver by 2nd May 2021. I have not yet got the delivery of the same. Order No. 31625502

                I even don't have an option of cancellation of order, neither anyone answer your customer service number.

                Luckily once got connected to customer service number on 5th May, where I have got reply, that the order will be deliver by end of day, but eventually got message in the evening that there will be delay in delivery.

                Pls look in to this urgently or update the status of delivery or atleast cancel the order & refund my money.

                    I ordered my groceries from Dmart Ready app and also made an online payment via net banking, the amount got deducted from the bank account but due to some reason in the app it's showing that my payment was unsuccessful, I even tried calling the customer care but there was no response!
                    Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    I, Mrs. Audrey Girish Tulsankar, had placed an order no: 33630920 amounting to Rs. 693/- on[protected] at 8:30 a.m. on your Dmart ready App using Googlepay. The amount has been successfully debited from my account, however, it is showing as "payment failed" on your app.
                    Requesting you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, as it is, it's very difficult to find an empty slot for delivery on your app. Looking forward for a resolution asap.

                            Dmart ready customer care service is worst I made an order for 1612 nd paid through Google pay money was deducted but order was failed I want my refund amount I tried calling 20 times still there was no single answer from the customer care how can I get my refund back ??even I wrote an email still no response

                                    I was expecting delivery on 26/apr/2021 however there is no communication of when it will get deliver my products. I tried contacting to customer care but there no answer of calls. I had tried calling them 17 times but it always got disconnect after mins and some seconds when i m on waiting on ivr for customer care.
