Delay in Home Delivery

I had ordered products from Dmart Ready and it was scheduled to be home delivered on 26th April between 7 AM to 8PM. However we received a message at 4:30 PM stating that your order was not delivered, will get back to you shortly. Till now there isn't any update on our delivery nor is the customer care picking up the phone. Please look into the matter, either give us a refund or deliver it today.

ToDay i went Hosur dmart shop, one staff name is kaviarasu, he is behaving rudely and speaking Unrespectly, I told to him you speak politely to customers but he is not hearing my words, he told my behaviour like that only and he said you go out.he think customers are street dogs, he's behaving like that only, I feel very bad. plz take action to him he will come and ask to me sorry.

      Hi,
      I had placed online order[protected]on Dmart Ready on 21st April. Home delivery date was 25th April between 7AM-1PM.
      I got a message at 3:53 PM today that order is on the way for delivery and then another msg at 8:09 PM that order was undelivered and they will call back shortly.
      However they haven't called back to update on status of the order and their customer care does not respond or take calls.
      Please look into the matter.

        Address: Charkop Neelam CHS; Flat 505/B;Plot 242,RDP 4; Charkop market; Kandivali west.

        Delivery van arrived with only 10% of items on the said date and delivey slot i.e. 23.04.2021 between 7 am & 1 pm. However, the delivery boy requested us to return the items and would return the next day with total items as per our order.
        We also complained the above matter to the customer service number who assured us that the items would be delivered to us the next day i.e. 24th april, 2021. Complaint no is 849786 dtd. 23.04.2021. Till to date we have not received the items vide our above order i.e. 30503749, receipt voucher no. PV [protected] dtd. 20, 04, 2021. We subsequently spoke to the customer service personnel, viz. Haider, Amesh & Chandra who assured us that the items would be delivered the next day. But these were only false promises.

        For no fault o[censored]s and being senior citizens we have been harassed. Kindly ensure that all the items are delivere at the earliest.

          Staff member was misbehaving with me ...like there was no change money about 3 rupees to give to that member of dmart. I said I dont have now but everytime when i have I had gave you the change but today there is no change with me so i[censored] have change give the product.. but he misbehaved talked with me and said I have but I don't want to give u the product ...then I said that I pay the money for that product so u have to give it why not...?...
          But then the member said that I dont want to give u the product its my choice...what u will do ?... I said ill complaint about this topic to your senior ... so he told go complaint I dont fear to anyone and ill not give you...

          There was no reason to misbehave with the customer but the member don't know how to treat customer and he have any attitude don't know of what but bcoz of that he talk badly with customer when there is no reason at all

            Yesterday, while doing payment from debit card. Amount got deducted from bank. But showing transaction failed at Dmart Kota store. Please do the needful.

              I purchased some product from D Mart and swiped my card for payment, but first time the transaction failed at store and my payment got deducted, they told me it will get refunded back into your account within 48 hrs, but its more than 72 hours still i didn’t got the refund, plz help

                I have ordered online grocery 6th April 2021, and paid online, Order No. 27428507, Grocery supposed to be delivered on 8th April 21, between time slot 9:30 to 120:pm, but messages were came for delay in delivery, we accepted but when we followed up in the evening than delivery boys calling and saying your address not found, then saying your order going to be cancelled, we have called to customer care many times but no response, one time connected yesterday customer support executive said grocery will be delivered tomorrow on chosen time slot, today also in the morning i called to customer care and was making sure that delivery is on time they confirmed delivery on chosen time slot, but no body is responding on deliveries even they do not go the stores.

                    My ordered items (order no.[protected] was due to be delivered on 30.03.2021, Tuesday. However till Saturday they have not delivered the items. Everyday they are making fake promises of delivering it next day and keeping me hanging. Today also the customer service boy told that it will be delivered till today evening. They are not even accepting the request of cancelling the order. People are very unprofessional at this place

                    Today (Sunday, Apr 4, 2021) they have cancelled my order and initiated the refund after I again called them to do so. However, I found the customer service people of DMart highly unprofessional. There is no problem with the delay. Problem is they are too reluctant of informing that the order delivery might be delayed. Everyday they made fake promises of delivering the same day whenever I called.

                      I have placed order on 31st march, it was supposed to be delivered on 1st April 2021 within 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

                      However I haven’t received any order and they are delaying it daily without any reason.

                              Dear Team,
                              I undersign purchase kirana from D mart Virar and while doing payment on counter told to do redeem points from my credit card. Instead of redemption of points the Dmart office boy wipe my credit card and payment deducted from my credit card balance and charge are applied.

                              The matter raise with manager and explain the story. The manager rudely tell me that there is no option for redemption of points in D mart.
                              It is suggested to educate staff and manager.How to talk and resolve the complain

                                Hello,

                                This has reference to a matter regarding the disclosure of personal information at a D-Mart refund counter.

                                I wanted to refund a product for which the executive at the refund section needed my personal information like mobile number, address, name. I refused to provide the details, as the bill contained the necessary details of the product.

                                The executive informed me that it is a policy of D-Mart for processing a refund. How can a supermarket mandate me to disclose personal information just for a product refund? It should be completely optional as I had a valid bill, and I was refunding a product well within the timeline.

                                The policy needs to be revoked, as disclosing personal information to a third party is a choice and should not be coerced.

                                    I have visited Dmart Mulund few minutes back, and shocking to see that many employees and customers not following protocol. Neither employees nor customers wearing mask, and there was no precautionary warning or announcement during my stay.

                                    I contacted Rajiv Kapoor Manager at store, but to my surprise he showed his inability to control customers.

                                    Pls take immediate action to control else we might loose many innocent lives because of spreading coronavirus.

                                      Today, I visited DMart, Bangarda Branch in Indore and purchased few groceries and the transaction was done through UPI payment Paytm app from Axis bank. Amount of Rs 1907.5/- has been debited from my Axis Bank account and shows that payment is done to [protected]@icici. but still ‘Dmart Staff’ telling that they did not received any details about the payment. UPI app notification showing that Payment is done to [protected]@icici (UPI ref ID[protected] is attached herewith for your reference.

                                      Trying to contact both Dmart as well as bill desk/ both are not traceable.

                                      Request you to please help me get a refund for my money as soon as possible, Thanks..
