Sir, today we have purchased some goods in Dmart Kakinada the bill is 4513 I have given him 5000 he didn't return my 500 change in hurry I left and went back to ask he said that I have given 4500 only I stood near customer service for quite long time but in vain due to fear of crowd we left, but this isn't fair I dont whether I'll receive my hard earned money or not but Ppl in counter should be polite with customers.

    I Shraddha Ramesh Gadre, got appointed for working at Koperkhairne D-mart as a promotor for Tainwala Personal Care Products Pvt.Ltd. on 15th June, 2020. On 19th September I was terminated without any prior notice by the Supervisor Mr.Arun Rathod. I did not receive my 19 days salary and now it has been more than 40 days and yet no response from your side about my salary. So I request you to concern this mail and release my salary.

          Glass bottles material bad

          Hi team
          Have bought 4 glass bottles from dmart on 17th oct 2020 . Its written made in italy . But the glass quality is so bad that water inside it taste so bad

          We have tried washing it thrice but material of glass is very bad

          Taste very bad

          Please help me get it returned

          Ordered online grocery item on 13th September 2020, order no 20683534, after ordering and payment done it was been notified to us that some items are not available so the amount will be refund with in 3/5 working days, till date no refund recieved, below is the recieved SMS for your ref,

              We are visited at Sunday at evening dated 12th Oct 2020 I took many groceries, pay bill and take all material and return to home .
              All materials as it is keep till today due to my office duty. Today I m free and open that bags and check it all . I found in that on the bag of 5kg sugar there is sticker of 5 kg latur toor dal rs of 117.50/kg and total Rs is 586.56 when the sugar total price for 5kg is only Rs 185, I already took other 3.28kg toor dal of Rs379.76.
              Why it do so .
              Now what I do against this happening.
              Pls help me.

                Dear Team,

                This is inform you yesterday I bought geep vapouriser with the tax invoice number [protected] dated 10/10/2020 which wen i operated as the written procedure the wire got burst in my hand it got burnt and my house was full of smoke due to this the switch of my bedroom got short circuit and now it’s not operational this kind of health hazard product is seriously not acceptable by such brand hence i am really in shock with the quality of the product which comprises customers life if incase if such product is operated by senior citizens wat will be consequences to them as they will faint on floor hence I request you kindly look in the matter and pay my damaged happen to my home electrical fitting before I take any legal step in consumer court.

                  They don't have good IT facilities. The system is very slow. I have done 6k payment online via google pay, but that was not reflecting in their system. Balance already deducted from my account but they are unable to provide bills due to system error. So I paid again through another card then only I can release the particulars. As per the person who is handling the counter, within one weak I will get back the amount 6k.Hope I will.
                  But I am advising Dmart don't do this with customer you will loose everything by this way.

I have made payment through phonepe and the transaction was successful but the the employee said that it was failed and he took liquid cash from me I have come complaint to the manager of the branch he said that amount will be refund within 24 hours but today it was 8th day still now i didnt got refund.

                        I am Michael from Bhopal. Last time I went to Kolar DMart with my laptop from office. The staffs didn't allow me to enter inside with laptop. I had to go back empty hand for 18 km to my home. Today I came with my child and they did not allow me to enter inside with my child. Not only me, there are many with children not able to enter inside. The way your staffs behave also is not good. This always happens only in DMart in Kolar, Bhopal. If child is not allowed, you need to put a notice board outside and an advertisement in a newspaper. Then we can come to know. Without any information you are hurting the customers who come to DMart. I am going to the consumer forum as well as a complaint in CM Helpline.

                            Sir,

                            I have purchased Kimia Crown date at Dmart having branch at AIR Bypass Rd, Bairagi patteda, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh 517501 on September 26, 2020. After opening the sealed box of the dates I found out that such product was fungi infected and it was oily and sticky also which made the product not fit for consume.

                            I did contacted the customer care of kimia dates where the customer executive initially suggested "you can wash and eat the dates" - surprised by their reply I even sent them the images and video of the product through whatsapp to verify that such consumption is fit.

                            The customer executive said they will send their executive person and will refund me the price of the product. (implied meaning of - such product was actually fungi infected)

                            It's been more than 72 hours when I initially contacted them - Neither I received my refund nor I did receive any call from them - such a worst customer service.

                            The point here is it's not just Rs.199 which I have paid for the product but the thing this how falsely they make the appearance of the product and they even don't care about the customers. It's also the Goodwill of the Dmart which is deteriorating by selling such worst products.

                            I'm attaching the Photos, videos of the fungi infected product - which I have already sent them along with the proof that I have purchased such product from Dmart (Bill attached).

                            I really pissed off by their response and also wasting my time. If I didn't receive any call back or reply from either of you guys within reasonable time I will be making an official complaint on consumer helpline.gov.in and also the district consumer forum drawing both of you parties to the court - If I didn't receive a proper response from you.

                              I, Rahul Bhagat am a resident of Ravet, Pune (412101) and raised an online order with Order ID 20528595 on 5th Sep 2020 for some of the grocery items. The promised delivery date was 9th Sep 2020 which was acceptable to me and hence I confirmed the order with pre-payment which includes delivery charges of Rs. 129.45.

                              On 9th Sep 2020, I received the message saying that the order will be delivered today. But, to my surprise, neither I received any call or my delivery on 09th Sep 2020.

                              On 10th Sep 2020, I tried calling DMart call center on[protected] multiple times, but the call was not getting connected. At last, I received the call saying that your order is getting delivered, but when I reached for the delivery there was only one CRATE(ID[protected]) available for delivery. Delivery person was Mr. Anshul (Mobile# [protected]). Since there was only one CRATE, I rejected the delivery and the delivery person promised me to deliver the entire order by End Of the Day on 10th Sep 2020. Again, no further call was received till the end of the day and the order was not delivered.

                              On 11th Sep 2020, I personally visited D-Mart store to enquire about the order, but got to know that the order is already dispatched from the store. I got the order delivery this time but again one create (CRATE ID#[protected]) was missing. The delivery person spoke to his manager and got a message that the remaining CRATE will be delivered on the next day i.e. 12th Sep 2020.

                              On 12th Sep 2020, I didn't receive any message and no deliveries also. When enquired, got the message that the delivery will be done on that same day i.e. on 12th Sep 2020.

                              On 13th Sep 2020, we called the delivery person Mr. Hemant and got the number of Mr. Vijay Ghante. Mr. Vijay informed that the order is already out for delivery and will be delivered today. But again no delivery till evening on 13th Sep 2020. So I called Mr. Vijay Ghante and got the contact details of Mr. Pavan, who is reporting manager of Mr. Vijay. This time Mr. Pavan informed me that I need to raise a complaint with the call center and then only the order can be delivered.

                              Hence raising this complaint to bring your notice about this issue. I request here to cancel the delivery charges and look into the issue on priority.

                              We sent three emails to customer care but did not receive any reply.

                                I ordered from dmart ready.
                                My order no. Was 20859964. Since the number of items where big so i told the delivery boy that i will keep some items at home and return in sometime. After returning the delivery boy told he counted and all the items were delivered. Now, since becoz of corona we wash all the items so while washing i cross checked and found my ghee were missing. I tried calling the delivery boy his number was switched off. So i complaint on dmart ready contact. No action was taken from them.

                                Please guide.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I paid against this order 20648935 from gpay. The payment was successful but failed at dmart. My order was cancelled.

                                  My bank icici confirmed that payment was successful.

                                  Here is the payment details:

                                  Debited with inr2872.67 on 11-sep-20 and [protected]@icici credited. Info:upi[protected].

                                  Everyday i am following them up on their customer care no and infact sent emails as well but so far no response. Call center guys keep saying only one thing that they are escalating and i will get a response in 24 hrs. 24 hrs? Don't know when this 24 hr going to end?
                                  Please help me resolving this and getting refund asap?

                                  Please close the complaint, I received the amount. Suggestion for Dmart to upgrade their IT and have fast and reliable system that should help thier customer care people in sorting the issue instead of relying on somebody to respond in 24 hrs. Also, nobody responds on email.

                                    Payment got deducted from upi

                                    Hello I made payment in dmart of approx 1950/- through Google upi, it went on processing and then suddenly the guy on counter told me that the session time is out. It's deducted from my account but they said they didn't received it because the session time is out. I already filled the chargeback form at dmart but still didn't recieved any refund. Attaching the proofs below....

                                    Dear sir/ madam,

                                    I am from tiruppur, and i was know d-mart last covid 19 period from my friends... My friends said, that all items they issue discount...
                                    So, my family was too big... I was taken more profit and good do...

                                    And today, i was going to bulk purchase to my big family... That all items we need minimum 10 to 15 packet every week... And also i was purchased last two weeks... But, today i was push to out for taken more then 6 packet every items... That manager said, d - mart not issue bulk...

                                    So, d-mart not issue any products to my big family...

                                    I was more then worry about that... And also they speak to much of bad words...

                                    Sorry to say this... I said my friends and relatives too...
