When i went to d mart in virar east, this morning i noticed that there the price on the name tack was different and when i asked the manager mr jain about tha price increase after i billed on the computer, he started lying about something.
And the manager mr. Jain is not wearing his uniform name plate, how can the customers understand that person is the manager?

This is to bring to your notice that the pick up centre of vakola, kadamwadi center, vakola, santacruz east is always in short of both the milk packets. Today is the fourth day and your sales person always tells me that they are out of stock.

Sales reversed

On 21july 2020 i did shopping and the bill amount was 7232.95₹. I swiped my debit card and the amount was debited from my account but the bill was not printed. So mr. Avinash patare asked to swipe the card again and told me that the bill amount will be credited to my account within 48 hours.
But the amount was not credited to my account even after 48 hours so they issue me a letter on behalf of dmart. I submitted it into the bank...

Appu appalam papad

With the registered mobile no: [protected].On 2nd August 2020 did a payment for 54 items via BHMI UPI QR code but the transaction was a success & money was debited.
The order was yet in pending state prompting a message on your D-mart app of the payment was failed & alongside a repayment a message was sent, awaited for a while but no refund was received nor status was updated on your site. Even tried...

I am trying to order groceries & other product from Demart ready online store app, but after selecting all products in cart when I checkout it always shows delivery time slot is unavailable.
I am trying it from last 5 days.
If there is lots of orders placing by customers then why you not increase delivery boy & transport services at that Particular area.

Underwear faulty cloth

Yesterday on 12 jul 2020 I bought inner ware and as you are aware that cannot be checked for quality since it is packed product. Now I can see it has 2 holes. Unfortunately as per Govt policy set due to COVID situation I know It can not be replaced or take back the product. However I wanted to brought to the notification as it is happening 2nd time with me. I am hoping for a refund that is For sure possible.

Today i went to dmart store after traveling 30 kms from my native place to shop grocery items. I have a joint family of 15 members. Non delivery of products

I have raised order and partial delivery done on 30.06.2020. I am continuously following up with delivery person number but every time person change and no proper reply. Also customer care number not reachable

Payment failure

On 04/07 i had purchased goods from dmart online website, with order no[protected] of amount 4464.02/- amount was deducted from my account but whereas on website it showed payment failure. I had contacted my bank again to reconfirm about payment deduction so the bank informed that amount was been paid succefully to the respective. Whereas i m trying to contact on customer care number there is no response and even for mail there is no revert....

My order number is 15094464 on date 7 july 2020 via dmart ready app. It is showing status as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted the bank they replied that the transaction was successful from their side. So if i get confirmation from your side about payment status on my registered phone no.
